9月25日に発表された8月の企業向けサービス価格指数の速報値は107.6ポイント（2020年＝100）で、前年同月比2.7％上昇しました。
同日発表された米国の8月の新築住宅販売件数は季節調整済で71万6千戸で、前月比4.7％減となりましたが、前年同月比では9.8％上昇しました。

The preliminary estimate for services producer price index for Japan in August 2024, which was announced on September 25th 2024, was 107.6 points (2020=100), a rose by 2.7 percent from the same month a year earlier.
The monthly new privately-owned houses sold in the U.S. in August 2024, which was announced on the same day, was 716 thousands of units on a seasonally adjusted basis, a fell by 4.7 percent from the previous month, but rose by 9.8 percent from the same month a year earlier.
