The new orders for nondefense capital goods excluding aircraft in the U.S. in August 2024, which was announced on September 26th 2024, was US$73.7 billion on a seasonally adjusted basis, a rose by 0.2 percent from the previous month.
The preliminary estimation of pending home sales index for U.S. in August 2024, which was announced on the same day, was 70.6 points on a seasonally adjusted basis, a rose by 0.6 percent from the previous month.
