マネタリーベース、日銀議事要旨、ユーロ圏の小売売上高、米国の消費者信用残高＿The monetary base in Japan, BOJ Minutes, The retail trade volume in euro area, The consumer credit outstanding in U.S.

5月7日に公表された、2026年4月のマネタリーベース平均残高は582兆9千億円で、前年同月比11.3%減少しました。

同日公表された、2026年3月18日・19日開催の日本銀行金融政策決定会合議事要旨には、「中東情勢を踏まえた金融政策運営の考え方についても議論を行った。多くの委員は、中東情勢の緊迫化に伴う供給ショックが一時的なものであれば、その影響はルックスルーすることが基本的な対応となる一方、そうしたショックが長期化し、物価全般への二次的波及が懸念される場合には、予想物価上昇率や基調的な物価上昇率への影響を見極めたうえで対応していく必要があるとの認識を示した。」と記されている。

同日公表された、ユーロ圏の2026年3月の季節調整済の小売売上高は、前月比0.1%減少しました。3カ月連続の減少でした。

同日に発表された米国の2026年3月の消費者信用残高は、季節調整済の年率換算で5.8％と大幅に増加しました。

The average amounts outstanding of monetary base in Japan in April 2026, released on 7th May 2026, was JPY582.9 trillion, a decreased by 11.3 percent from the same month a year earlier.

BOJ minutes of the monetary policy meeting on 18th and 19th March 2026, released on the same day, said "Many members expressed the recognition that, if supply shocks due to the increased tension over the situation in the Middle East were temporary, the basic response for the Bank would be to "look through" their impact. These members continued that, on the other hand, if these shocks became prolonged and gave rise to concerns over the second round effects on general prices, it would be necessary for the Bank to respond after examining the impact on inflation expectations and underlying inflation. "

The seasonally adjusted retail trade volume in euro area in March 2026, released on the same day, decreased by 0.1 percent from the previous month. It decreased for three consecutive months.

The consumer credit outstanding in U.S. in March 2026. released on the same day, significantly increased at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 5.8 percent.

4月30日に発表された2026年3月の季節調整済の小売売上高は、前月比1.3%増加しました。

同日に発表された2026年3月の鉱工業生産指数の速報値は、季節調整済で101.9ポイント（2020年＝100）となり、前月比0.5%低下しました。

同日に発表された最新の消費動向調査によれば、2026年4月の消費者態度指数（調査対象：2人以上世帯）は、季節調整済で32.2ポイントとなり、前月比1.1ポイント低下しました。2ヶ月連続の低下となりました。

同日に発表された中国の2026年4月の製造業PMIは50.3となり、前月比0.1ポイント低下しました。2ヶ月連続で50を上回りました。

同日に発表されたフランスの2026年3月の工業の生産者物価指数は122.6ポイント（2021年＝100）で、2026年2月の1.2％下落から2.4％上昇に転じました。

同日に発表されたユーロ圏の2026年4月の年間インフレ率は3.0％で、2026年3月の2.6％から上昇しました。

同日、欧州中央銀行は主要3政策金利を据え置くことを決定し、「ECB理事会は、中期的にインフレ率を目標の2％に安定させるための金融政策の策定に尽力する」と表明しました。

同日に発表された米国の2026年3月の個人所得は前月比0.6％増加し、個人消費支出は前月比0.9％増加しました。

The seasonally adjusted retail sales value in Japan in March 2026, released on 30th April 2026, increased by 1.3 percent from the previous month.

Preliminary estimate of industrial production index for Japan in March 2026, released on the same day, was 101.9 points (2020=100) on a seasonally adjusted basis, a fell by 0.5 percent from the previous month.

According to the latest consumer confidence survey for Japan, released on the same day, the consumer confidence index in April 2026 (survey target : households of two or more person) was 32.2 points on a seasonally adjusted basis, a fell by 1.1 points from the previous month. It fell for two consecutive months.

The manufacturing PMI for China in April 2026, released on the same day, was 50.3 percent, a fell by 0.1 percentage points from the previous month. It exceeded 50 percent for two consecutive months.

The industrial producer price index for France in March 2026, released on the same day, was 122.6 points (2021=100), a rose by 2.4 percent, up from 1.2 percent fell in February 2026.

The annual inflation rate for euro area in April 2026, released on the same day, was 3.0 percent, up from 2.6 percent in March 2026.

On the same day, European Central Bank decided to keep the three key ECB interest rates unchanged. And they said "The Governing Council is committed to setting monetary policy to ensure that inflation stabilises at the 2% target in the medium term."Personal income in U.S. in March 2026, released on the same day, increased by 0.6 percent from the previous month, and personal consumption expenditures in March 2026 increased by 0.9 percent from the previous month.

ユーロ圏の経済景況感指数、ドイツの消費者物価指数、米国の住宅着工件数、米国の耐久財受注、米国のFOMCの金融政策決定＿The economic sentiment indicator for euro area, The consumer price index for Germany, The housing starts in U.S., The durable goods orders in U.S., The FOMC decision for monetary policy

4月29日に発表されたユーロ圏の経済景況感指数は、季節調整済で93.0ポイントとなり、前月から3.2ポイント急落しました。

同日に発表されたドイツの消費者物価指数は、前年同月比2.9%上昇し、2026年3月の2.7%上昇から加速しました。また、コアインフレ率は2.3%で、2026年3月の2.5%から低下しました。

同日に発表された米国の民間住宅着工件数は、季節調整済の年率換算で150万2000戸となり、前月から10.8%増加しました。

同日に発表された米国における2026年3月の航空機を除く非国防資本財の新規受注は、季節調整済で828億9600万ドルとなり、前月比3.3%増加、2026年2月の1.6%増から加速しました。

同日、米国のFOMCは、フェデラルファンド金利の誘導目標レンジを3.5～3.75%に据え置くことを決定しました。

The economic sentiment indicator for euro area in April 2026, released on 29th April 2026, was 93.0 points on a seasonally adjusted basis, a sharply fell by 3.2 points from the previous month.

The consumer price index for Germany in April 2026, released on the same day, increased by 2.9 percent from the same month a year earlier, up from 2.7 percent in March 2026. And, the core inflation rate was 2.3 percent, down from 2.5 percent in March 2026.

The privately-owned housing starts in U.S. in March 2026, released on the same day, were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1,502,000 units, an increased by 10.8 percent from the previous month. 

New orders for manufactured nondefense capital goods excluding aircraft in U.S. in March 2026, released on the same day, was US$ 82,896 million on a seasonally adjusted basis, an increased by 3.3 percent from the previous month, up from 1.6 percent in February 2026.

On the same day, FOMC of U.S. decided to maintain the target range for the federal funds rate at 3‑1/2 to 3‑3/4 percent.
