貿易収支、ドイツの工業製品の生産者物価＿The trade balance of Japan, The producer prices of industrial products for Germany

8月20日に発表された2026年7月の季節調整済の貿易収支は、6,860億円の赤字となり、前月比で26.0％減少しました。前月と比較すると、輸出は2.8％増加し、輸入は0.4％増加しました。

同日に発表されたドイツの2026年7月の工業製品の生産者物価は、前年同月比で3.0％上昇し、前月比では1.1％上昇しました。内訳を見ると、エネルギー価格は前年同月比で3.8％、前月比で3.4％それぞれ上昇しました。石油製品の価格は、前年同月比で31.4％、前月比で6.6％それぞれ上昇しました。

The seasonally adjusted trade balance of Japan in July 2026, released on 20th August 2026, was JPY686 billion deficit, an decreased by 26.0 percent from the previous month. Compared with the previous month, exports increased by 2.8 percent and imports increased by 0.4 percent.

The producer prices of industrial products for Germany in July 2026, released on the same day, increased by 3.0 percent from the same month a year earlier and increased by 1.1 percent from the previous month.　Looking at the breakdown of it, energy prices increased by 3.8 percent from the same month of the previous year and increased by 3.4 percent from the previous month. The prices of mineral oil products increased by 31.4% from the same month of the previous year and increased by 6.6 percent from the previous month.

 8月19日に発表された2026年6月の季節調整済の機械受注の民需（船舶・電力会社を除く）は、前月比9.7％増となりました。2026年5月の12.4％減から増加へ転じました。

同日に発表されたユーロ圏の2026年6月の経常収支は350億ユーロの黒字となり、2026年5月の260億ユーロから加速しました。

同日に発表されたユーロ圏の2026年7月のインフレの年率は2.9％となり、2026年6月の2.8％から上昇しました。

同日に公表された2026年7月28日・29日開催のFOMCの議事要旨には、次の記述がありました。「参加者は、インフレ見通しは極めて不確実であり、インフレ・リスクは上振れする方向に偏っていると判断した。多くの参加者は、中東における紛争の再激化がインフレ見通しを著しく不透明にしていると指摘した。これらの参加者は、紛争が長期化すれば、サプライチェーンの課題が長引き、インフレに上昇圧力がかかる可能性があると述べた。多くの参加者は、インフレ率が2％を上回る状況が数年続いた後、高水準のインフレが継続すれば、インフレ期待や賃金・価格設定の決定に影響を及ぼし始める可能性があると強調した。数人の参加者は、近年、相次ぐ供給ショックによってインフレ率が2％に戻る時期が繰り返し遅れており、インフレ率の高止まりが続くことへの懸念を強めていると指摘した。」

The seasonally adjusted machinery orders from domestic private-sector ( excluding orders from ships and electric power companies) in the Japan in June 2026, released on 19th August 2026, increased by 9.7 percent from the previous month. It reversed and increased from 12.4 percent fell in May 2026.

Current account balance of euro area in June 2026, released on the same day, recorded EUR35 billion surplus, up from EUR26 billion in May 2026.

The annual inflation rate for euro area in July 2026, released on the same day, was  2.9 percent, up from 2.8 percent in June 2026.

Minutes of the Federal Open Market Committee on 28th–29th July 2026, released on the same day, said "Participants judged that their inflation outlooks were highly uncertain and that inflation risks were skewed to the upside. Many participants noted that the recent re-escalation of the conflict in the Middle East significantly clouded the inflation outlook. These participants remarked that a protracted conflict could prolong supply chain challenges and could put upward pressures on inflation. Many participants highlighted the possibility that, after several years of inflation above 2 percent, continued elevated inflation rates could begin to affect inflation expectations and wage- and price-setting decisions. Several participants remarked that successive supply shocks have repeatedly delayed the expected return of inflation to 2 percent in recent years, adding to concerns about persistently elevated inflation."

ドイツのZEW企業景況感指数、米国の住宅着工件数、米国の中古住宅販売保留指数、米国の鉱工業生産＿The ZEW indicator of economic sentiment for Germany, The housing starts in U.S., The pending home sales in U.S., The industrial production in U.S.

8月18日に発表されたドイツの2026年8月のZEW企業景況感指数はプラス34.2ポイントとなり、7月の26.3ポイントから上昇しました。

同日に発表された米国の7月の民間の住宅着工件数は季節調整済み年率で123万9,000戸となり、6月の141万5,000戸から減少しました。

同日に発表された米国の7月の中古住宅販売保留指数の速報値は、前月比2.3％減、前年同月比2.2％減となりました。

同日に発表された米国の7月の鉱工業生産指数の速報値は、季節調整済みで103.0ポイントとなり、前月から0.2％上昇しました。

The ZEW indicator of economic sentiment for Germany in August 2026, released on 18th August 2026, was plus 34.2 points, up from 26.3 points in July 2026.

Privately-owned housing starts in U.S. in July, released on the same day,  were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1,239,000 units, down from 1,415,000 in June 2026.

Preliminary estimate of the pending home sales in U.S. in July, released on the same day, decreased by 2.3 percent month-over-month and 2.2 percent year-over-year.

Preliminary estimate of industrial production index in U.S. in July, released on the same day, was 103.0 points on a seasonally adjusted basis, a rose by 0.2 percent from the previous month.

GDP、第三次産業活動指数、中国の鉱工業生産＿The GDP of Japan, The index of tertiary industry activity for Japan, The industrial production in the China

8月17日に公表された2026年第2四半期の実質GDPの1次速報値は、前四半期比0.3％増となりました。寄与率を見ると、内需が0.2％のマイナス、外需が0.5％のプラスでした。

同日に公表された2026年6月の第三次産業活動指数の季節調整値は106.7（2019-20年＝100）となり、前月比0.2％低下しました。内訳を見ると、広義対個人サービスは前月比マイナスとなった一方、広義対企業サービスはプラスとなりました。

同日に公表された中国の7月の鉱工業生産は、前年同月比4.5％増となり、2026年6月の同5.3％増から伸び率が鈍化しました。業種別に見ると、電気・熱・ガス・水供給業が5.0％増加しました。

First preliminary estimate of the real GDP of Japan in 2nd quarter of 2026, released on 17the August 2026, increased by 0.3 percent from the previous quarter. Looking at the breakdown of it's contribution rate,  domestic demand was 0.2 percent decreased and external demand was 0.5 percent increased.

The index of tertiary industry activity for Japan in June 2026, released on the same day, was 106.7 points (2019-20=100) on a seasonally adjusted basis, an decreased by 0.2 percent from the previous month. In addition, individual was negative but corporate services was positive compared to the previous month.

The industrial production in the China in July , released on the same day, increased by 4.5 percent from the same month  a year earlier, down from 5.3 percent in June 2026. Looking at the breakdown of industrial category, the sector for the production and supply of electricity, heat, gas, and water grew by 5.0 percent.

国内企業物価指数、ユーロ圏の鉱工業生産、ブラジルの小売売上高＿The producer price index for Japan, The industrial production for euro area, The volume of retail sales in the Brazil

8月13日に発表された2026年7月の国内企業物価指数の速報値は135.8（2020年＝100）となり、前年同月比で7.2％上昇しました。

同日に発表されたユーロ圏の2026年6月の季節調整済の鉱工業生産指数は98.7（2021年＝100）で、前月から横ばいとなりました。

同日に発表されたブラジルの2026年6月の季節調整済の小売売上高は、前月比で0.5％増加しました。

ブラジル地理統計院（IBGE）の報告によると、内訳は以下の通りです。

プラスの動きが見られた主な項目は、「その他の個人・家庭用品」（2.4％）、「ハイパーマーケット・スーパーマーケット・食料品・飲料・たばこ」（1.1％）、「家具・家電」（0.4％）、および「医薬品・医療・整形外科用品・パーソナルケア製品」（0.2％）でした。

一方、マイナスの動きが見られた項目は、「書籍・新聞・雑誌・文房具」（-9.9％）、「織物・衣料品・靴」（-2.6％）、「燃料・潤滑油」（-1.7％）、および「事務機器・コンピュータ・通信機器・関連用品」（-1.3％）でした。小売業の広義の区分（自動車や建材を含む）においても、「自動車・オートバイ・部品・付属品」（-1.5％）や「建設資材」（-3.5％）が減少しました。

Preliminary estimate of the producer price index for Japan in July 2026. released on 13th August 2026, was 135.8 points (2020＝100), an increased by 7.2 percent from the same month a year earlier.

The seasonally adjusted index of industrial production for euro area in June 2026, released on the same day, was 98.7 points (2021＝100),  remained from the previous month.

The seasonally adjusted volume of retail sales in the Brazil in June 2026, released on the same day, increased by 0.5 percent from the previous month.

And Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics is reports as follows ;

On the positive side, notable performances were seen in "Other personal and household goods" (2.4%), "Hypermarkets, supermarkets, food products, beverages, and tobacco" (1.1%), "Furniture and appliances" (0.4%), and "Pharmaceutical, medical, orthopedic, and personal care products" (0.2%).

On the negative side, declines were recorded in "Books, newspapers, magazines, and stationery" (-9.9%), "Fabrics, apparel, and footwear" (-2.6%), "Fuels and lubricants" (-1.7%), and "Office, computer, and communication equipment and supplies" (-1.3%). In the extended retail trade sector, "Vehicles, motorcycles, parts, and accessories" (-1.5%) and "Construction materials" (-3.5%) also saw declines.

8月12日に公表された2026年7月のマネーストックM2の平均残高は1,297.0兆円となり、前年同月比で2.2％増加しました。

同日に公表されたインドの2026年7月の消費者物価指数は107.94（2024年＝100）で、前年同月比4.38％の上昇となりました。

同日に公表されたドイツの2026年7月の消費者物価指数は125.6（2020年＝100）で、前年同月比2.8％の上昇となりました。また、エネルギー価格は前年同月比で8.3％上昇しました。ドイツ連邦統計局は、「2026年7月におけるエネルギー価格の上昇幅は、前年同月と比較して著しく拡大した（2026年6月：＋3.4％、同5月：＋6.6％、同4月：＋10.1％）。原油市場の動向に加え、価格が再び上昇した要因の一つとして、2026年6月30日をもってエネルギー税および自動車燃料税の一時的な引き下げ措置（いわゆる『燃料割引』）が終了したことが挙げられる」と述べています。

同日に公表された米国の2026年7月の消費者物価指数は323.048（1982～84年＝100）で、前年同月比3.4％の上昇となりました。

Average amounts outstanding of the money stock M2 in the Japan in July 2026, released on 12th August 2026, was JPY1,297.0 trillion, an increased by 2.2 percent from the same month a year earlier. 

The consumer price index for India in July 2026, released on the same day, was 107.94 points (2024=100), an increased by 4.38 percent from the same month a year earlier.

The consumer price index for Germany in July 2026, released on the same day, was 125.6 points (2020=100), an increased by 2.8 percent from the same month a year earlier. And, the prices of energy products increased by 8.3 percent from the same month a year earlier. The Federal Statistical Office of Germany said "The rise in energy prices therefore intensified significantly in July 2026 compared with the same month of the previous year (June 2026: +3.4%; May 2026: +6.6%; April 2026: +10.1%). Aside from developments on the crude oil market (only in German), one reason for the renewed price increase is likely the discontinuation of the temporary reduction in energy tax an motor fuels (known as the "fuel discount") on 30 June 2026."
