ユーロ圏の経済景況感指数、ドイツの消費者物価指数＿The economic sentiment indicator for euro area, The consumer price index for Germany

 3月30日に発表されたユーロ圏の2026年3月の経済景況感指数は、季節調整済で96.6ポイント（長期平均＝100）となり、前月比1.6ポイント低下しました。

同日に発表されたドイツの2026年3月の消費者物価指数の速報値は、前年同月比2.7%上昇、2026年2月の1.1%上昇から加速しました。内訳を見ると、エネルギー価格は7.2%上昇、2026年2月の1.9%下落から反転上昇しました。

The economic sentiment indicator for euro area in March 2026, released on 30th March 2026, was 96.6 points (long term average = 100) on a seasonally adjusted basis, a fell by 1.6 points from the previous month. 

Preliminary estimate of the consumer price index for Germany in March 2026, released on the same day, increased by 2.7 percent from the same month a year earlier, accelerated from 1.1 percent increased in February 2026. Looking at the breakdown of it, energy prices increased by 7.2 percent, reversed and increased from 1.9 percent decline in February 2026.

企業向けサービス価格指数＿ The services producer price index for Japan

3月26日に発表された、2026年2月の企業向けサービス価格指数の速報値は112.1ポイント（2020年＝100）で、前年同月比2.7％上昇しました。2026年1月の2.6％上昇から加速しました。

日銀の議事要旨、ドイツのifo企業景況感指数、米国の経常収支＿BOJ minutes, The ifo business climate index for Germany, The current account balance of U.S.

 3月25日公表された1月22日～23日に開催された日銀の金融政策決定会合の議事要旨には、「先行きの金融政策運営について、委員は、現在の実質金利がきわめて低い水準にあることを踏まえると、経済・物価の見通しが実現していくとすれば、経済・物価情勢の改善に応じて、引き続き政策金利を引き上げ、金融緩和の度合いを調整していくことが適当との認識で一致した。」と記されています。

同日公表されたドイツの2026年3月のifo企業景況感指数は、季節調整済で86.4ポイント（2015年＝100）となり、前月比2.0ポイント低下しました。2025年2月以来の最低水準でした。

同日に発表された米国の2025年第4四半期の季節調整済の経常収支は1,907億ドルの赤字で、前期比484億ドルの減少となりました。そして、この484億ドルの経常収支赤字の削減は、第3四半期の赤字から第4四半期の黒字への第一次所得収支の転換と、財の赤字の縮小を反映したものでした。

Minutes of the monetary policy meeting of BOJ on 22nd - 23rd January 2026, released on 25th March 2026, said "As for the future conduct of monetary policy, members concurred that, given that real interest rates were at significantly low levels, if its outlook for economic activity and prices was realized, it was appropriate that the Bank, in accordance with improvement in economic activity and prices, continue to raise the policy interest rate and adjust the degree of monetary accommodation."

The ifo business climate index for Germany in March 2026, released on the same day, was 86.4 points (2015=100) on a seasonally adjusted basis, a fell by 2.0 points from the previous month. It was the lowest level since February 2025.

The seasonally adjusted current account balance of U.S. in 4th quarter of 2025, released on the same day, was US$190.7 billion deficit, a decreased by US$48.4 billion from the previous quarter. And this US$48.4 billion reduction of the current account deficit reflected a shift in the balance on primary income from a deficit in the 3rd quarter to a surplus in the 4th quarter and a reduced deficit on goods.

消費者物価指数＿The consumer price index for Japan

3月24日に発表された2026年2月の消費者物価指数は112.2ポイント（2020年＝100）で、前年同月比1.3％上昇。2026年1月の1.5％上昇から減速しました。ちなみに、2026年3月23日時点のブレークイーブンインフレ率は1.798％でした。

ユーロ圏の消費者信頼感指数_The consumer confidence indicator for euro area

 3月23日に発表されたユーロ圏の2026年3月の消費者信頼感指数の速報値はマイナス16.3ポイント、前月比4.0ポイントの大幅低下でした。2023年10月以来の最低水準となりました。

3月18日に発表された2026年2月の季節調整済の貿易収支は、3,742億円の赤字でした。前月比では、輸出が5.4%減少した一方、輸入は3.0%増加しました。

同日に発表されたユーロ圏の2026年2月の年間インフレ率は1.9%で、2026年1月の1.7%から上昇しました。ユーロ圏のインフレ率は現在、欧州中央銀行の目標である2%付近で推移しています。ロイター通信の報道によると、3月11日、ECB政策委員のヨアヒム・ナーゲル氏は、「イラン戦争による燃料価格の高騰がユーロ圏のインフレ率の持続的な上昇につながる場合、欧州中央銀行は迅速かつ断固とした措置を講じるだろう」と述べています。

同日に発表された米国の2026年2月の季節調整済の卸売物価指数は、前月比0.7%上昇、2026年1月の0.5%上昇から上昇幅が拡大しました。

同日、米国の連邦公開市場委員会は、フェデラルファンド金利の誘導目標レンジを3.5～3.75％に据え置くことを決定しました。FOMCは「入手可能な指標は、経済活動が堅調に拡大していることを示唆している。雇用増加は低水準にとどまり、失業率はここ数カ月ほとんど変化していない。インフレ率はやや高止まりしている」と述べました。

The seasonally adjusted trade balance of Japan in February 2026, which was announced on 18th March 2026, was JPY374.2 billion deficit. Compared with the previous month, exports decreased by 5.4 percent but imports increased by 3.0 percent.

The annual inflation rate in the euro area in February 2026, released on the same day, was 1.9 percent, up from 1.7 percent in January 2026. Eurozone inflation is currently hovering around the ECB's target for 2 percent.　According to the reuters reports, on 11th March 2026, ECB policymaker Joachim Nagel comment "The European ​Central Bank will move quickly and decisively if more expensive fuel ‌due to the Iran war feeds into durably higher euro zone inflation"

The seasonally adjusted producer price index for U.S. in February 2026, released on the same day, rose by 0.7 percent from the previous month, up from 0.5 percent in January 2026.

On the same day, the FOMC of U.S. decided to maintain the target range for the federal funds rate at 3‑1/2 to 3‑3/4 percent. And they said "Available indicators suggest that economic activity has been expanding at a solid pace. Job gains have remained low, and the unemployment rate has been little changed in recent months. Inflation remains somewhat elevated."

第三次産業活動指数、ドイツのZEW企業景況感指数、米国の住宅販売保留指数＿The index of tertiary industry activity for Japan, The ZEW indicator of economic sentiment for Germany, The pending house sales index for U.S.

3月17日に発表された2026年1月の第三次産業活動指数は、季節調整済で106.3ポイント（2019-20年＝100）となり、前月比1.7%上昇しました。3カ月ぶりの上昇でした。

​​同日に発表されたドイツの2026年3月のZEW企業景況感指数はマイナス0.5ポイントとなり、前月比58.8ポイントの大幅低下となりました。ZEWは「中東情勢の緊迫化によりエネルギー価格が高騰し、インフレ圧力が高まっている」とし、「金融市場の専門家は、紛争の早期解決には懐疑的だ」とコメントしました。

同日に発表された米国の2026年2月の住宅販売保留指数の速報値は、季節調整済の年率換算で72.1ポイントとなり、前月比1.8％上昇、前年同月比0.8％低下しました。

The index of tertiary industry activity for Japan in January 2026, which was announced on 17th March 2026, was 106.3 points (2019-20=100) on a seasonally adjusted basis, a rose by 1.7 percent from the previous month. It rose for the first time in three months. 

The ZEW indicator of economic sentiment for Germany in March 2026, released on the same day, was minus 0.5 points, a fell significantly by 58.8 points from the previous month.  ZEW comments "The escalation in the Middle East spikes energy prices and increases inflationary pressure. " ,"The financial market experts are sceptical that a quick resolution of the conflict will take place.”

Preliminary estimate of the pending house sales index for U.S. in February 2026, released on the same day, was seasonally adjusted annual rate of 72.1 points, a rose by 1.8 percent from the previous month but fell by 0.8 percent from the same month a year earlier.

中国の小売高、中国の鉱工業生産、米国の鉱工業生産＿The retail sales in the China, The industrial production in the China, The industrial production in the U.S.

3月16日に発表された中国の2026年1月～2月期の消費財の小売高は、前年同月比2.8%増加しました。2025年12月の0.9%増から大幅に加速しました。

同日に発表された中国の2026年1月～2月期の鉱工業生産は、前年同月比6.3%増加し、2025年12月の5.2%増から加速しました。

同日に発表された米国の2026年2月の鉱工業生産指数の速報値は季節調整済で102.6ポイント（2017年＝100）となり、前月比0.2%増となりました。2026年1月の0.7%増からは減速しました。

The total retail sales of consumer goods in the China in January - February 2026, which was announced on 16th March 2026, increased by 2.8 percent from the same month a year earlier. It significantly accelerated from 0.9 percent in December 2025.  

The industrial production in the China in  January - February 2026,released on the same day, increased by 6.3 percent  from the same month a year earlier, up from 5.2 percent in December 2025.

Preliminary estimate of the index of industrial production for U.S. in February 2026, released on the same day,  was 102.6 points (2017=100) on a seasonally adjusted basis, a rose by 0.2 percent from the previous month. It was slowed down from 0.7 percent in January 2026.

法人企業景気予測調査、インドの消費者物価指数、米国の住宅着工件数、ブラジルの消費者物価指数＿The business outlook survey in the Japan, The consumer price index for India, The housing starts in the U.S., The consumer price index for Brazil

 3月12日に発表された2026年第1四半期の法人企業景気予測調査によると、現状判断の指数は、前回と同様に大企業と中堅企業ではプラスの結果となったが、中小企業ではマイナスの結果となった。ちなみに、これは2026年2月15日時点の調査に基づくもので、2026年2月28日にイスラエルと米国がイランに対して共同軍事作戦を開始する前の時点のデータです。

同日に発表されたインドの2026年2月の消費者物価指数の速報値は104.57ポイント（2024年＝100）で、前年同月比3.21%上昇、2026年1月の2.74%上昇から加速しました。

同日に発表された米国の2026年1月の民間の住宅着工件数の速報値は、季節調整済の年率換算で148万7千戸となり、前月比7.2%増加しました。

同日発表されたブラジルの2026年2月の消費者物価指数（IPCA）は、前月比0.7%上昇し、過去12ヶ月間で3.81%上昇しました。

According to the business outlook survey in the Japan for 1st quarter of 2026, which was announced on 12th March 2026, the business survey index for present condition had a positive result for large and medium sized corporations but negative result for small sized corporations same as last time. This, by the way, based on research in 15th February 2026, prior to Joint military operations by Israel and the United States against Iran on 28th February 2026.

Preliminary estimate of the consumer price index for India in February 2026, released on the same day, was 104.57 points (2024=100), a rose by 3.21 percent from the same month a year earlier, it accelerated from 2.74 percent in January 2026.

Preliminary estimate of the privately-owned housing starts in the U.S. in January 2026, released on the same day, were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1,487 thousands of units, a rose by 7.2 percent from the previous month.

The consumer price index (IPCA) for Brazil in February 2026, released on the same day, rose by 0.7 percent from the previous month and rose by 3.81 percent over the last twelve months.

同日発表されたドイツの2026年2月の消費者物価指数は123.1ポイント（2020年＝100）で、前年同月比1.9％上昇、前月比0.2％上昇となりました。

同日発表された米国の2026年2月の消費者物価指数の原数値は326.7ポイント（1982～84年＝100）で、前年同月比2.4％上昇しました。前月比は季節調整済で0.3％上昇でした。

同日発表されたブラジルの2026年1月の季節調整済の小売売上高は、前月比0.4%増加しました。3か月移動平均は0.3%でした。

Preliminary estimate of the producer price index for Japan in January 2026, which was announced on 11th March 2026, was 128.3 points (2020=100), a rose by 2.0 percent from the same month a year earlier but fell by 0.1 percent from the previous month.

The consumer price index for Germany in February 2026, released on the same day, was 123.1 points (2020=100), a rose by 1.9 percent from the same month a year earlier and rose by 0.2 percent from the previous month.

The consumer price index for U.S. in February 2026, released on the same day, was 326.7 points (1982-84=100) on a not seasonally adjusted basis, a rose by 2.4 percent from the same month a year earlier. Compared with the previous month, it rose by 0.3 percent on a seasonally adjusted basis.

The seasonally adjusted volume of retail sales in the Brazil in January 2026, released on the same day, increased by 0.4 percent from the previous month. And the three-month moving average was 0.3 percent.

3月10日に発表された最新の家計調査によると、2026年1月の世帯当たり実質消費支出（調査対象：二人以上の世帯）は、季節調整済で前月比2.5%減となり、2025年12月の2.2%減から減少幅が拡大しました。前月比では2カ月連続の減少となりました。

同日発表された2026年2月のマネーストックM2の月平均残高は1,274.9兆円で、前年同月比1.7%増となりました。2026年1月の1.6%増から若干増加幅が拡大しました。

同日発表された中国の2026年1～2月の貿易収支は、2,136億ドルの黒字となりました。前年同月比では、輸出は21.8%増加し、輸入は19.8%増加しました。

同日発表されたドイツの2026年1月の貿易収支は212億ユーロの黒字でした。前年同月比では、輸出は0.6%増加しましたが、輸入は4.0%減少しました。

同日発表されたフランスの2026年1月の経常収支は、季節調整済み・営業日調整済みで21億ユーロの黒字でした。しかし、12ヶ月間では、経常収支は86億ユーロの赤字となり、前年の17億ユーロの黒字から減少しました。

According to the latest family income and expenditure survey in the Japan, which was announced on 10th March 2026, the seasonally adjusted real consumption expenditure per household (survey target : two-or-more-person households) in January 2026 decreased by 2.5 percent from the previous month, the decline widened from 2.2 percent fell in December 2025. Compared with the previous month, it decreased for two consecutive months.

Average amounts outstanding of the money stock M2 in the Japan in February 2026, released on the same day, was JPY1,274.9 trillion, an increased by 1.7 percent from the same month a year earlier. It slightly accelerated from 1.6 percent increased in January 2026.

The trade balance of China in January-February 2026, released on the same day, was US$213.6 billion surplus. Compared with the same month a year earlier, exports increased by 21.8 percent and imports increased by 19.8 percent.

The trade balance of Germany in January 2026, released on the same day, was EUR21.2 billion surplus. Compared with the same month a year earlier, exports increased by 0.6 percent but imports decreased by 4.0 percent.

The current account balance of France in January 2026, released on the same day, was EUR 2.1 billion surplus on a seasonally and working-day adjusted basis. However, over 12 months, the current account balance stood at EUR8.6 billion deficit, compared with a surplus of EUR 1.7 billion a year earlier.

毎月勤労統計、景気ウォッチャー調査、中国の生産者物価指数、ドイツの鉱工業生産＿The monthly labour survey for Japan, The economy watchers survey in the Japan, The PPI for China, The industrial production for Germany

3月9日に発表された最新の毎月勤労統計によると、2026年1月の一人当たり現金給与総額の速報値は30万1千円で、前年同月比3.0%増加しました。この増加率は、2026年2月20日に発表された2026年1月のインフレ率1.5%を上回りました。

同日発表された最新の景気ウォッチャー調査によると、2026年2月の景気の現状判断DIは季節調整済で48.9%となり、前月比1.3ポイント上昇しました。2024年4月以来の高い水準となりました。

同日発表された中国の2026年1月の工業製品の生産者物価指数は、前年同月比0.9%低下しました。 2025年12月の1.4%減から減少幅は縮小しました。

同日発表されたドイツの2026年1月の鉱工業生産指数は、季節・カレンダー調整済で91.1ポイント（2021年＝100）となり、前月比0.5%の減少となりました。

According to the latest monthly labour survey for Japan, which was announced on 9th March 2026, the preliminary estimate of total cash earnings before deducting income tax in January 2026 was JPY301 thousand per person, an increased by 3.0 percent from the same month a year earlier. This growth rate exceeded annual inflation rate of 1.5 percent in January 2026 which was announced on 20th February 2026.

According to the latest economy watchers survey in the Japan, released on the same day, the DI for current economic conditions in February 2026 was 48.9 percent on a seasonally adjusted basis, a rose by 1.3 percentage points from the previous month. It was the highest level since April 2024.

The producer price index for industrial products for China in January 2026, released on the same day, decreased by 0.9 percent from the same month a year earlier. The decline narrowed from 1.4 percent decline in December 2025.

The index of industrial production for Germany in January 2026, released on the same day, was 91.1 points (2021=100) on a seasonally and calendar adjusted basis, a decreased by 0.5 percent from the previous month.

3月5日に発表されたフランスの2026年1月の鉱工業生産指数は103.1ポイント（2021年＝100）となり、前年同月比1.9%増、前月比0.5%増となりました。

同日発表されたユーロ圏の2026年1月の季節調整済の小売高は、前年同月比2.0%増、前月比0.1%減となりました。

同日発表されたブラジルの2026年2月の貿易収支は42億米ドルの黒字となり、前年の赤字から反転しました。

The index of industrial production for France in January 2026, which was announced on 5th March 2026, was 103.1 points (2021=100), a rose by 1.9 percent from the same month a year earlier and rose by 0.5 percent from the previous month.

The  seasonally adjusted retail trade volume in the euro area in January 2026, released on the same day, increased by 2.0 percent from the same month a year earlier but decreased by 0.1 percent from the previous month. 

The trade balance of Brazil  in February 2026, released on the same day, was US$4.2 billion surplus, swinging from a year-earlier deficit.

3月4日に発表された最新の消費動向調査によると、2026年2月の消費者態度指数（調査対象：二人以上の世帯）は季節調整済みで40.0ポイントとなり、前月比2.1ポイントの大幅上昇となりました。

同日発表されたユーロ圏の2026年1月の工業製品の生産者物価指数は、前月比0.7%上昇、前年同月比2.1%低下となりました。

同日発表された米国の2026年2月のISM非製造業PMIは56.1、前月比2.3ポイント上昇し、2022年11月以来の高水準を記録しました。

同日発表された最新のベージュブックは、「経済活動全体は、12の連邦準備銀行管轄地区のうち7地区で小幅から緩やかなペースで増加した一方、横ばいまたは減少を報告した地区は、前期の4地区から当期は5地区に増加した。消費者支出は全体としてわずかに増加したものの、2地区では引き続き減少しており、多くの地区が経済の不確実性、価格感応度の高まり、低所得層の消費者の支出抑制によって売上が抑制されたと指摘している」と述べています。なお、本レポートは2026年2月23日までに収集された情報に基づいています。

 According to the latest consumer confidence survey for Japan, which was announced on 4th March 2026, the consumer confidence index in February 2026 (survey target : households of two or more person) was 40.0 points on a seasonally adjusted basis, a rose by 2.1 points from the previous month significantly. 

The industrial producer prices in the euro area in January 2026, released on the same day, increased by 0.7 percent from the previous month but decreased by  2.1 percent from the same month a year earlier.

The ISM services PMI for U.S. in February 2026, released on the same day, was 56.1 percent, an increased by 2.3 percentage points from the previous month and recorded the highest level since November 2022.

The latest Beige Book, released on the same day, said "Overall economic activity increased at a slight to moderate pace in seven of the twelve Federal Reserve Districts, while the number of Districts reporting flat or declining activity increased from four in the prior period to five in the current period. Although consumer spending increased slightly on balance, two Districts reported ongoing declines, and many noted that sales were dampened by economic uncertainty, increased price sensitivity, and lower-income consumers pulling back on spending". 有効求人倍率、マネタリーベース、ユーロ圏のインフレ率＿The ratio of job openings to job applicants for Japan, The monetary base in Japan, The inflation rate for euro area

3月3日に発表された2026年1月の有効求人倍率は、季節調整済で1.18倍となり、前月比0.02ポイント低下しました。内訳をみると、例えば事務従事者は0.45倍であるのに対し、建設・採掘従事者は4.97倍と、職種による労働市場の状況は依然として二極化しているようです。

同日発表された2026年2月のマネタリーベース平均残高は580.9兆円となり、前年同月比10.6%減少しました。 2026年1月の9.5%減から下落幅が拡大しました。

同日発表されたユーロ圏の2026年2月の年間インフレ率の速報値は1.9%となり、2026年1月の1.7%から上昇しました。

The ratio of job openings to job applicants for Japan in January 2026, which was announced on 3rd March 2026 was 1.18 times on a seasonally adjusted basis, a fell by 0.02 points from the previous month. And looking at the breakdown of it, for example, the office worker was 0.45 times but the construction and mining worker was 4.97 times and so on. It looks like the labor market conditions due to different occupations are being polarized still.

The average amounts outstanding of monetary base in Japan in February 2026, released on the same day, was JPY580.9 trillion, a decreased by 10.6 percent from the same month a year earlier. The decline widened from the 9.5 percent decreased in January 2026.

Preliminary estimate of annual inflation rate for euro area in February 2026, released on the same day, was  1.9 percent, up from 1.7 percent in January 2026.

3月2日に発表されたインドの2026年1月の鉱工業生産指数の速報値は169.4ポイント（2011-12年＝100）で、前年同月比4.8%上昇、2025年12月の8.0%上昇から低下しました。

同日発表されたドイツの2026年1月の価格調整済み小売高は、前月比2.4%減、前年同月比8.6%減となりました。

同日発表された米国の2026年2月のISM製造業PMIは52.4で、前月比0.2%低下しました。
