The 2nd estimate for GDP of Japan in 3rd quarter of 2024, which was announced on December 9th 2024, increased by 0.3 percent on the previous quarter, it revise upward from preliminary estimate for 0.2 percent rose.
The current account balance of Japan in October 2024, which was announced on the same day, was JPY2.45 trillion surplus, a decreased of JPY0.36 trillion on the same month a year earlier.
According to the latest economy watchers survey in the Japan, which was announced on the same day, the DI for current economic conditions in November 2024 recorded 49.4 percent on a seasonally adjusted basis, a rose of 1.9 percentage points on the previous month.
The consumer price index for China in November 2024, which was announced on the same day, fell by 0.6 percent on the previous month. Compared with the previous month, it declined further from 0.3 percent fell in October 2024.
The producer price index for China in November 2024, which was announced on the same day, fell by 0.1 percent on the previous month. Compared with the previous month, the margin of the decline became smaller from 0.6 percent fell in October 2024.
According to the monthly wholesale trade report in the U.S. in October 2024 , which was announced on the same day, compared with the previous month, the sales value decreased by 0.1 percent but the inventories value increased by 0.2 percent.
