Preliminary estimate of the producer price index for Japan in September 2026, released on 13th October 2026, was 135.7 points (2020=100), a fell by 0.3 percent from the previous month. Compared with the previous month, it fell for two consecutive months.
The consumer price index for Germany in September 2026, released on the same day, was 126.6 points (2020=100), a rose by 0.6 percent from the previous month.
