The index of tertiary industry activity for Japan in August 2026, released on 19th October 2026, was 106.8 points (2019-20=100) on a seasonally adjusted basis, an decreased by 0.1 percent from the previous month.
The industrial production for China in September 2026, released on the same day, increased by 5.5 percent from the same month a year earlier. It accelerated from 5.2 percent in August 2026.
The total retail sales of consumer goods in China in September 2026, released on the same day, increased by 1.1 percent from the same month a year earlier. It accelerated from 0.4 percent in August 2026.
