12月29日に発表されたインドの2025年11月の鉱工業生産指数の速報値は158.0ポイント（2011-12年＝100）で、前年同月比6.7%上昇しました。業種別では、鉱業が5.4%、製造業が8.0%の伸びを示しましたが、電力はマイナス1.5%でした。

同日発表された米国の2025年11月の住宅販売保留指数の速報値は79.2ポイントで、前月比3.3%上昇、前年同月比2.6%上昇しました。

The preliminary estimate of industrial production index for India in November 2025, which was announced on 29th December 2025, was 158.0 points (2011-12=100), a rose by 6.7 percent from the same month a year earlier. Looking at the breakdown of this growth rate by industry, the mining are 5.4 percent and the manufacturing are 8.0 percent, but electricity are minus 1.5 percent.

12月25日に発表された2025年11月の新設住宅着工戸数は59,524戸でした。2024年11月の65,052戸と比べ8.5%減少しています。

 12月24日に発表された2025年11月の企業向けサービス価格指数の速報値は112.5ポイント（2020年＝100）となり、前月比0.4%上昇、前年同月比2.7%上昇となりました。

米国の耐久財受注、鉱工業生産、コンファレンス・ボード消費者信頼感指数＿The durable goods new orders, industrial production and the Conference Board consumer confidence Index for U.S.

12月23日に発表された、米国の2025年10月の航空機を除く非国防資本財の新規受注額は、季節調整済みで780億ドルとなり、前月比0.5%増加しました。

同日発表された米国の2025年11月の鉱工業生産指数の速報値は、季節調整済で101.8ポイント（2017年＝100）となり、前月比0.2%上昇しました。2025年10月の0.1%低下から反転上昇しました。しかし、11月の設備稼働率は76.0%で、長期平均（1972～2024年）を3.5%下回っています。

同日発表された米国の2025年12月のコンファレンス・ボード消費者信頼感指数は89.1ポイント（1985年＝100）となり、前月比3.8ポイント低下しました。

The new orders for nondefense capital goods excluding aircraft in the U.S. in October 2025, which was announced on 23rd December 2025, was US$78.0 billion on a seasonally adjusted basis, an increased by 0.5 percent from the previous month.

The preliminary estimate of industrial production index for U.S. in November 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 101.8 points (2017=100) on a seasonally adjusted basis, a rose by 0.2 percent from the previous month. It's reversed and rose from 0.1 percent fall in October 2025. But capacity utilization was 76.0 percent in November, a rate that is 3.5 percentage points below its long-term (1972–2024) average.

The Conference Board Consumer Confidence Index for U.S. in December 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 89.1 points (1985=100), a fell by 3.8 points from the previous month.

EUの過密率＿Overcrowding rate in the EU

12月22日のEU統計局の発表によると、2024年にはEUの人口の16.9%が過密世帯に居住しているとのことです。これは2014年の18.1%から減少していると報告しています。

ちなみに、過密率は、過密世帯に居住する人口の割合として定義されています。

世帯が以下の最低限の部屋数を満たしていない場合、その人は過密世帯に居住しているとみなされます。

　世帯全体で1部屋

　世帯内の夫婦1組につき1部屋

　18歳以上の独身者1人につき1部屋

According to press release from the Eurostat, which was announced on 22nd December 2025, in 2024, 16.9 percent of people in the EU lived in overcrowded households. And they reported that down from 18.1 percent in 2014.

As a side note, the overcrowding rate is defined as the percentage of the population living in an overcrowded household.

A person is considered as living in an overcrowded household if the household does not have at its disposal a minimum number of rooms equal to:

   one room for the household;

   one room per couple in the household;

   one room for each single person aged 18 or more;

   and so on

欧州中央銀行の金融政策決定＿ECB monetary policy decision

12月18日、欧州中央銀行は大方の事前予想通り、政策金利を据え置くことを決定しました。

また、「（欧州の）経済成長は、特に内需の牽引により、9月の予測よりも力強くなると予想されます。成長率は2025年に1.4%、2026年に1.2%、2027年に1.4%に上方修正され、2028年も1.4%を維持する見込みです」と述べました。

On 18th December 2025, European Central Bank decided to keep the three key ECB interest rates unchanged as predicted.

And, they said "Economic growth is expected to be stronger than in the September projections, driven especially by domestic demand. Growth has been revised up to 1.4% in 2025, 1.2% in 2026 and 1.4% in 2027 and is expected to remain at 1.4% in 2028".

12月17日に発表された2025年11月の財の貿易収支は、季節調整済で628億円の黒字となり、前月比15.0%の減少となりました。

同日発表された2025年10月の機械受注の民需（船舶・電力を除く）は、季節調整済で前月比7.0%増加し、2か月連続で前月比増加となりました。一方、外需は前月比21.8%減少しました。

同日発表されたドイツの2025年12月のIFO企業景況指数は87.6ポイント（2015年＝100）となり、前月比0.4ポイント低下しました。

同日発表されたユーロ圏の2025年11月の年間インフレ率(HICPによる)は2.1%で、2025年10月と変わりませんでした。

The trade balance for goods of Japan in November 2025, which was announced on 17th December 2025, was JPY62.8 billion surplus on a seasonally adjusted basis, a decreased by 15.0 percent from the previous month.

The seasonally adjusted machinery orders from domestic private-sector ( excluding orders from ships and electric power companies) in the Japan in October 2025, which was announced on the same day, increased by 7.0 percent from the previous month. Compared with the previous month, it increased for two consecutive months. And the machinery orders from overseas decreased by 21.8 percent from the previous month. 

The ifo business climate index for Germany in December 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 87.6 points (2015=100), a fell by 0.4 points from the previous month.

The annual inflation rate (by the HICP) for euro area in November 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 2.1 percent, unchanged from October 2025.

12月15日に発表された2025年第4四半期の日銀短観によると、全ての企業規模の現状の業況判断は前回調査から改善しました。

同日発表された2025年10月の季節調整済の第三次産業活動指数は105.8ポイント（2019-2020=100）となり、前月比0.9%上昇しました。業種別の寄与度をみると、前月比では情報通信業が上昇に最も大きく、不動産業が下落に最も大きく寄与しました。

同日発表された中国の2025年11月の鉱工業生産は、前年同月比4.8%増となり、2025年10月の4.9%増から低下しました。

同日発表されたドイツの2025年11月の卸売物価指数は、前年同月比1.5%上昇となり、2025年10月の1.1%から上昇しました。

同日発表されたユーロ圏の2025年10月の鉱工業生産は、前年同月比2.0%上昇となり、2025年9月の1.2%から上昇しました。

According to the BOJ Tankan for 4th quarter of 2025, which was announced on 15th December 2025, business conditions for present for any company size Improved since the previous survey.

The seasonally adjusted index of tertiary industry activity for Japan in October 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 105.8 points (2019-2020=100), a rose by 0.9 percent from the previous month. Looking at the breakdown of its contribution ratio by industry, compared with the previous month, the largest contributor to the rise was the information and communications industry and the largest contributor to the decline was the real estate industry.

The industrial production in the China for November 2025, which was announced on the same day, increased by 4.8% from the same month a year earlier, down from 4.9 percent in October 2025.

The selling prices in wholesale trade in the Germany in November 2025, which was announced on the same day, rose by 1.5% from the same month a year earlier, up from 1.1 percent in October 2025. 

The industrial production in the euro area for October 2025, which was announced on the same day, increased by 2.0% from the same month a year earlier, up from 1.2 percent in September 2025.

12月11日に発表された2025年第4四半期の法人企業景気予測調査によると、現状判断指数は大企業と中堅企業でポジティブとなった一方、中小企業ではネガティブとなりました。

同日発表された米国の失業保険週間申請件数報告によると、12月6日終了週の4週間移動平均は21万6,750件となり、前週の修正前平均21万4,750件から2,000件増加しました。

同日発表されたブラジルの2025年10月の季節調整済の小売高は前月比0.5%増加しました。

According to the business outlook survey in the Japan for 4th quarter of 2025, which was announced on 11th December 2025, the business survey index for present condition had a positive result for large and medium sized corporations but negative result for small sized corporations.

According to the report for unemployment insurance weekly number of applications in the U.S., which was announced on the same day, in the week ending December 6, the 4-week moving average was 216,750, an increase of 2,000 from the previous week's unrevised average of 214,750. 

The seasonally adjusted volume of retail sales in the Brazil in October 2025, which was announced on the same day, increased by 0.5 percent from the previous month.

同日発表された中国の2025年11月の消費者物価指数は、前年同月比0.7%上昇し、2025年10月の0.2%上昇から大幅に加速しました。

同日発表された中国の2025年11月の工業製品の生産者物価指数は、前年同月比2.2%下落しました。

同日、米国のFOMCは、大方の予想通り、フェデラルファンド金利の誘導目標レンジを0.25％ポイント引き下げ、3.5～3.75％とすることを決定しました。

The preliminary estimate of producer price index for Japan in November 2025, which was announced on 10th December 2025, was 128.0 points (2020=100), a rose by 0.3 percent from the previous month. It slowed down from 0.5 percent rose in October 2025.

The consumer price index for China in November 2025, which was announced on the same day, rose by 0.7 percent from the same month a year earlier. It significantly accelerated from 0.2 percent rose in October 2025.

The producer price for industrial products for China in November 2025, which was announced on the same day, fell by 2.2 percent from the same month a year earlier.

On the same day, the FOMC of U.S decided to lower the target range for the federal funds rate by 0.25 percentage point to 3.5 to 3.75 percent as expected by most.

12月9日に発表された2025年11月のマネーストックM2の平均残高は、季節調整済で1,280兆円となり、前月比年率3.6%増加しました。

同日発表されたドイツの2025年10月の貿易収支は、カレンダー・季節調整済で169億ユーロの黒字となりました。前月比では、輸出は0.1%増加しましたが、輸入は1.2%減少しました。

同日発表された最新の景気ウォッチャー調査によると、2025年11月の景気の現状判断DIは季節調整済で48.7となり、前月比0.4ポイント低下しました。前月比では7カ月ぶりの低下となりました。

同日発表された中国の2025年11月の貿易収支は、1116.8億ドルの黒字となり、前月比で輸出は5.9%増、輸入は1.9%増となりました。

同日発表されたドイツの2025年10月の季節調整済・カレンダー調整済の鉱工業生産は、前月比1.8%増加しました。

According to the latest economy watchers survey in the Japan, which was announced on the same day, the DI for current economic conditions in November 2025 was 48.7 percent on a seasonally adjusted basis, a fell by 0.4 percentage points from the previous month. Compared with the previous month, it fell for the first time in seven months.

The trade balance of China in November 2025, which was announced on the same day, was US$111.68 billion surplus. Compared with the previous month, exports increased by 5.9 percent and imports increased by 1.9 percent. 

The seasonally and calendar adjusted industrial production for Germany in October 2025, which was announced on the same day, increased by 1.8 percent from the previous month.

ユーロ圏の小売高、ブラジルの貿易収支＿The volume of retail trade in the euro area, The trade balance of Brazil

12月4日に発表されたユーロ圏の2025年10月の小売高指数は、季節調整済で103.1ポイントとなり、前月から横ばいとなりました。

ブラジルの2025年11月の貿易収支も同日に発表され、58億米ドルの黒字となった。輸出は285億米ドル、輸入は227億米ドルで、いずれも同月の輸出入ともに過去最高を記録しました。

12月2日に発表された2025年11月のマネタリーベースの平均残高は612.6兆円で、前年同月比8.5%減少しました。

同日発表された最新の消費動向調査によると、2025年11月の消費者態度指数（調査対象：二人以上の世帯）は季節調整済で37.5ポイントとなり、前月比0.9ポイント上昇しました。前月比では4か月連続の上昇となりました。

12月1日に発表された最新の法人企業統計調査によると、2025年第3四半期は季節調整済みで前四半期と比較して経常利益は増加しましたが、売上高と設備投資額はともに減少しました。

同日発表された米国の2025年11月のISM製造業PMIは48.2となり、前月比0.5ポイント低下しました。9カ月連続で50を下回りました。

According to the latest financial statements statistics of corporations for Japan, which was announced on 1st December 2025, in 3rd quarter of 2025, on a seasonally adjusted basis, compared with the previous quarter, ordinary profits increased but both sales and investment in plant and equipment decreased.

11月27日に発表されたユーロ圏の2025年11月の経済景況感指数は、季節調整済で97.0ポイントとなり、前月比0.2ポイント上昇しました。3ヶ月連続の上昇となりましたが、これは今年初めてのことでした。

11月26日に発表された2025年10月の企業向けサービス価格指数の速報値は112.1ポイント（2020年＝100）となり、前月比0.6%上昇しました。

同日発表された米国の2025年11月のベージュブックでは、「雇用は当期中にわずかに減少し、約半数の地区で労働需要の弱まりが見られた」「物価は報告期間中に緩やかに上昇した。製造業と小売業では、主に関税による価格上昇の影響で、投入コストの上昇圧力が広く見られた」「今後については、関係者は概ねコスト上昇圧力が続くと予想しているが、短期的な値上げ計画はまちまちであった」と述べています。

The Beige Book in U.S. in November 2025, which was announced on the same day, said "Employment declined slightly over the current period with around half of Districts noting weaker labor demand", "Prices rose moderately during the reporting period. Input cost pressures were widespread in manufacturing and retail, largely reflecting tariff-induced increases", " Looking ahead, contacts largely anticipate upward cost pressures to persist but plans to raise prices in the near term were mixed".

11月20日に発表されたドイツの2025年10月の工業製品の生産者物価指数は、前年同月比1.8%低下、前月比0.1%上昇となりました。前年同月比では8ヶ月連続の低下となりました。

同日発表されたユーロ圏の2025年11月の消費者信頼感指数の速報値はマイナス14.2ポイントで前月と変わりませんでした。

機械受注、米国のFOMCの議事要旨＿The machinery orders in the Japan, The minutes of the FOMC of U.S.

11月19日に発表された2025年9月の機械受注の民需（船舶・電力を除く）の季節調整値は、前月比4.2%増加しました。前月比で3か月ぶりの増加となりました。また、外需は前月比9.7%増加しました。

同日公表された米国のFOMCの2025年10月28～29日の議事要旨には、「複数の参加者は、関税の影響に関する推計を別にすれば、インフレ率は委員会の目標に近づいたと指摘した。しかしながら、多くの参加者は、全体的なインフレ率はしばらくの間目標を上回っており、2%の目標に適時に持続的に回復する兆候はほとんど見られないと指摘した」と記されています。

The seasonally adjusted machinery orders from domestic private-sector ( excluding orders from ships and electric power companies) in the Japan in September 2025, which was announced on 19th November 2025, increased by 4.2 percent from the previous month. Compared with the previous month, it increased for the first time in three months. And the machinery orders from overseas increased by 9.7 percent from the previous month. 

The minutes of the Federal Open Market Committee of U.S. in 28th-29th October 2025, which was published on the same day, said "Several participants observed that, setting aside their estimates of tariff effects, inflation was close to the Committee's target. Many participants, however, remarked that overall inflation had been above target for some time and had shown little sign of returning sustainably to the 2 percent objective in a timely manner".

EUの社会保障給付＿The total expenditure on social protection benefits in the EU

11月18日に発表されたEUにおける2023年の社会保障給付費総額は4,607億ユーロでした。このうち約半分（46.9%）は老齢・遺族給付に充てられており、次に疾病・医療給付が全体の29.6%を占めています。

日本では、国立社会保障・人口問題研究所が2025年7月29日に発表した報告書によると、2023年度の社会支出のうち最大の項目は「医療」で、全体の42.2%を占めています。次に「高齢者向け支出」が全体の35.3%を占めています。

The total expenditure on social protection benefits in the EU in 2023, which was announced on 18th November 2025,  amounted to EUR4607 billion. Nearly half of this amount (46.9%) was allocated to old age and survivors’ functions. And secondly, sickness/health care function accounted for 29.6% of all benefits.

In the Japan, according to the report by National Institute of Population and Social Security Research, which was announced on 29th July 2025, the largest category of social expenditure in FY2023 was "medical care," accounting for 42.2% of the total. And secondly, "spending for the elderly" accounted for 35.3% of total social expenditure.

The most contributor to this rise was agriculture, forestry and fishery products group and its contribution ratio was 0.33 percent.

The index of industrial production for euro area in September 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 98.1 points (2021=100), a rose by 0.2 percent from the previous month. It reversed and rose from 1.1 percent fall in August 2025.

The volume of sales of the retail trade in the Brazil in September 2025, which was announced on the same day, decreased by 0.3 percent from the previous month. It reversed and decreased from 0.1 percent increased in August 2025.

11月12日に発表された2025年10月のマネーストックM2の平均残高は、季節調整済みで1,276.1兆円となり、前月比2.5%増加しました。前月比では6ヶ月連続の増加となった。

同日発表されたインドの2025年10月の消費者物価指数は197.3ポイント（2012年＝100）となり、前年同月比0.25%上昇し、2025年9月の1.44%から低下しました。インド統計・プログラム実施省は、「GST引き下げの影響はすべてのセクターで見られる」と述べました。これは、インドで9月22日に施行された改正消費税により、消費に対する税率であるGSTが多くの品目で引き下げられているためです。一般的な加工食品や日用品の多くについては、税率が従来の18%または12%から5%に引き下げられました。

The average amounts outstanding of money stock M2 in the Japan in October 2025, which was announced on 12th November 2025, was JPY1,276.1 trillion on a seasonally adjusted basis, an increased by 2.5 percent from the previous month. Compared with the previous month, it increased for six consecutive months.

The consumer price index for India in October 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 197.3 points (2012=100), a rose by 0.25 percent from the same month a year earlier, down from 1.44 percent in September 2025. The  ministry of statistics & programme implementation of India said "Impact of reduction in GST visible across all sectors ." Because the GST as tax rates for consumption have been resulting in a reduction for many items because the India's revised consumption tax came into effect on September 22nd. In the case of many common processed foods and daily necessities, the tax rate has been reduced from the previous 18% or 12% to 5%.

同日発表された最新の景気ウォッチャー調査によると、2025年10月の景気の現状判断DIは季節調整済で49.1となり、前月比2.0ポイント上昇しました。前月比では6カ月連続の上昇となりました。

同日発表されたドイツの2025年11月のZEW景況感指数はプラス38.5ポイントとなり、前月比0.8ポイント低下しました。

同日発表されたブラジルの2025年10月の消費者物価指数（IPCA）は、前月比0.09%上昇し、2025年9月の0.48%から低下しました。

According to the latest economy watchers survey in the Japan, which was announced on the same day, the DI for current economic conditions in October 2025 was 49.1 percent on a seasonally adjusted basis, a rose by 2.0 percentage points from the previous month. Compared with the previous month, it rose for six consecutive months.

The ZEW Economic Sentiment Index for Germany in November 2025, which was announced on the same day, was plus 38.5 points, a fell by 0.8 points from the previous month.

The consumer price index (IPCA) for Brazil in October 2025, which was announced on the same day, rose by 0.09 percent from the previous month, down from 0.48 percent in September 2025.

11月10日に発表された9月の景気動向一致指数の速報値は114.6ポイント（2020年＝100）となり、前月比1.8ポイント上昇しました。前月比では3か月ぶりの上昇となりました。

上昇の主な要因は、投資財出荷指数、鉱工業生産指数、商業販売額でした。

The preliminary estimate of coincident index for business conditions in the Japan in September 2025, which was announced on 10th November 2025, was 114.6 points (2020=100), a rose by 1.8 points from the previous month. Compared with the previous month, it rose for the first time in three months.

11月6日に発表された最新の毎月勤労統計調査によると、2025年9月の一人当たり現金給与総額の速報値は29万7千円で、前年同月比1.9%増となりました。この伸び率は、2025年10月24日に発表された2025年9月のインフレ率2.9%を下回りました。

同日発表されたドイツの2025年9月の鉱工業生産指数の速報値は、カレンダー・季節調整済で90.6ポイントで、前月比1.3%増となりました。

同日発表されたブラジルの2025年10月の貿易収支は69億6,000万米ドルの黒字となりました。輸出額は319億7,000万米ドル、輸入額は250億1,000万米ドルでした。

According to the latest monthly labour survey in the Japan, which was announced on 6th November 2025, the preliminary estimate of total cash earnings before deducting income tax in September 2025 was JPY297 thousand per person, a rose by 1.9 percent from the same month a year earlier. This growth rate was below annual inflation rate of 2.9 percent in September 2025 which was announced on 24th October 2025.

The preliminary estimate of industrial production index for Germany in September 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 90.6 points on a seasonally and calendar adjusted basis, a rose by 1.3 percent from the previous month.

The seasonally adjusted index of retail trade volume in the euro area in September 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 102.7 points, a decreased by 0.1 percent from the previous month.

According to the monthly wholesale trade survey for U.S. in September 2025, which was announced on the same day, compared with the previous month, the sales increased by 1.4 percent but the inventories slightly increased by 0.1 percent.

The trade balance of Brazil in October 2025, which was announced on the same day, was US$6.96 billion surplus. And  exports totaled US$31.97 billion and imports US$25.01 billion.

10月5日に発表された2025年10月のマネタリーベースの平均残高は616.5兆円で、前年同月比7.8%減少しました。

同日に発表された2025年9月18日及び19日の金融政策決定会合の議事要旨では、今後の金融政策運営について、「ある委員は、米国経済の帰趨が見えることを待つことで得られる知見もあるが、国内の物価との関係では待つことのコストも徐々に大きくなっていくので、待つことのコスト・ベネフィットやそれに伴うリスクの比較考量が必要になっていくと指摘した。これに関連して、複数の委員は、待つことのコスト・ベネフィットを考える際には、わが国の場合、長年にわたるデフレを経験していることも考慮する必要があるとの認識を示した」と述ています。

同日発表されたフランスの2025年9月の鉱工業生産指数は102.6ポイント（2021年＝100）で、前月比0.8%上昇しました。2025年8月の0.9%下落から反転上昇となりました。

同日発表されたユーロ圏の2025年9月の鉱工業の生産者物価指数は123.9ポイント（2021年＝100）で、前月比0.1%下落しました。2カ月連続の低下となりました。

同日発表された米国の2025年10月のADP雇用報告によると、10月の民間雇用は4万2000人増加しました。 ADPのチーフエコノミスト、ネラ・リチャードソン博士は、「民間企業は10月に7月以来初めて雇用を増やしたが、今年初めに報告した数字と比較すると雇用は控えめだった」と述べました。

同日発表された米国の2025年10月のISM非製造業PMIは52.4で、前月比2.4ポイント上昇しました。5ヶ月連続で50以上を記録しました。

同日、ブラジル中央銀行は、ブラジル財務大臣の予想に反して、政策金利（Selic金利）を15.00%に据え置くことを決定しました。

The average amounts outstanding of monetary base in Japan in October 2025, which was announced on 5th October 2025, was JPY616.5 trillion, a decreased by 7.8 percent from the same month a year earlier.

The BOJ minutes of the monetary policy meeting on 18th and 19th September 2025, which was announced on the same day, said , relation to the future conduct of monetary policy, "A different member pointed out that, although　additional insight could be gained by waiting to observe how developments in the U.S. economy unfolded, the costs of waiting would gradually increase for prices in Japan. The　member continued that it would therefore be necessary to weigh up the costs and benefits of　waiting and the associated risks. In relation to this, a few members expressed the recognition　that, in considering the costs and benefits of waiting, it was necessary to take into account　that Japan had experienced prolonged deflation". 

The index of industrial production for France in September 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 102.6 points(2021=100), a rose by 0.8 percent from the previous month. It reversed and rose from 0.9 percent fell in August 2025. 

The index of industrial producer price in euro area in September 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 123.9 points (2021=100), a fell by 0.1 percent from the previous month. It fell for two consecutive months.  

The ADP National Employment Report for U.S. in October 2025, which was announced on the same day, reported private sector employment increased by 42,000 jobs in October. And, Dr. Nela Richardson, chief economist, ADP said  "Private employers added jobs in October for the first time since July, but hiring was modest relative to what we reported earlier this year," 

The ISM services PMI for U.S. in October 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 52.4 percent, a rose by 2.4 percentage points from the previous month. It recorded 50 percent or more for five consecutive months.

On the same day, the Central Bank of Brazil decided to maintain the Selic rate at 15.00 percent, contrary to expectations of the Brazil minister of finance.

EUとインド太平洋地域の貿易額＿The EU trade with the Indo-Pacific region in 2024

11月4日に発表された2024年のEUとインド太平洋地域の貿易額は8,480億ユーロでした。輸入額は4,503億ユーロ、輸出額は3,977億ユーロでした。2023年と比較すると、輸入は2.4%減少しましたが、輸出は1.1%増加しました。

日本銀行の金融政策決定、欧州中央銀行の金融政策決定、ユーロ圏の経済景況感指数＿BOJ decision for monetary policy, ECB decision for monetary policy, The Economic Sentiment Indicator for euro area

 2025年10月30日、日本銀行は広く予想されていた通り、短期政策金利を0.5%に据え置くことを決定しました。

同日、欧州中央銀行の理事会は、主要3金利を据え置くことを決定しました。すなわち、中銀預金金利、主要政策金利、限界貸出金利は、それぞれ2.00%、2.15%、2.40%に据え置かれます。

同日発表されたユーロ圏の2025年10月の経済景況感指数は、季節調整済で96.8ポイントとなり、2025年9月の95.6ポイントから上昇しました。

On 30th October 2025, the Bank of Japan decided to maintain short-term policy interest rates at 0.5 percent as widely expected.

On the same day, the Governing Council of ECB decided to keep the three key ECB interest rates unchanged, in other words the interest rates on the deposit facility, the main refinancing operations and the marginal lending facility will remain unchanged at 2.00 percent, 2.15 percent and 2.40 percent respectively. 

The Economic Sentiment Indicator for euro area in October 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 96.8 points on a seasonally adjusted basis, up from 95.6 points in September 2025.

消費動向調査、米国の住宅販売保留指数、米国のFOMCの金融政策＿The consumer confidence survey for Japan, The Pending Home Sales Index for U.S., The FOMC's decision for monetary policy

10月29日に発表された最新の消費動向調査によると、2025年10月の消費者態度指数（調査対象：二人以上の世帯）は季節調整済みで35.8ポイントとなり、前月比0.5ポイント上昇しました。前月比では3カ月連続の上昇となりました。

同日発表された米国の2025年9月の住宅販売保留指数の速報値は74.8ポイントとなり、前月比は横ばい、前年同月比では0.9%低下しました。

同日、米国のFOMCは、FF金利の誘導目標レンジを0.25%ポイント引き下げ、3.75～4%とすることを決定しました。 FOMCは、「入手可能な指標は、経済活動が緩やかなペースで拡大していることを示唆している。雇用の伸びは今年鈍化し、失業率は小幅に上昇したものの、8月までは低水準を維持した。最近の指標もこれらの動向と整合的である。インフレ率は年初から上昇しており、依然としてやや高い水準にある」と述べました。

According to the latest consumer confidence survey for Japan, which was announced on 29th October 2025, the consumer confidence index for October 2025 (survey target : households of two or more person) was 35.8 points on a seasonally adjusted basis, a rose by 0.5 points from the previous month. Compared with the previous month, it rose for three consecutive months. 

The preliminary estimate of Pending Home Sales Index for U.S. in September 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 74.8 points, a no change from the previous month but fell by 0.9 percent from the same month a year earlier.

On the same day, the FOMC in U.S. decided to lower the target range for the federal funds rate by 0.25 percentage point to 3.75 to 4 percent. And FOMC said "Available indicators suggest that economic activity has been expanding at a moderate pace. Job gains have slowed this year, and the unemployment rate has edged up but remained low through August; more recent indicators are consistent with these developments. Inflation has moved up since earlier in the year and remains somewhat elevated."

10月28日に発表されたインドの2025年9月の鉱工業生産指数の速報値は152.8ポイント（2011-12年＝100）で、前年同月比4.0%上昇しました。

同日発表された米国の2025年8月のS&P/コタリティ/ケース・シラー20都市圏住宅価格指数は前年同月比1.58%上昇しました。

同日発表された米国の2025年10月のコンファレンス・ボード消費者信頼感指数は94.6ポイント（1985年＝100）となり、2025年9月の95.6ポイントから低下しました。

The preliminary estimate of index of industrial production for India in September 2025, which was announced on 28th October 2025, was 152.8 points (2011-12=100), a rose by 4.0 percent from the same month a year earlier.

The S&P Cotality Case-Shiller 20-city composite home price index for U.S. in August 2025, which was announced on the same day, rose by 1.58 percent from the same month a year earlier.

The Conference Board consumer confidence index for U.S. in October 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 94.6 points (1985=100), down from 95.6 points in September 2025.

企業向けサービス価格指数、ドイツのIFO企業景況感指数＿The services producer price index for Japan, The Ifo business climate index for Germany

10月27日に発表された2025年9月の企業向けサービス価格指数の速報値は111.3ポイント（2020年＝100）となり、前年同月比3.0%上昇、2025年9月の2.7%から加速しました。

同日発表されたドイツの2025年10月のIFO企業景況感指数は季節調整済で88.4ポイントとなり、前月比0.7ポイント上昇しました。IFO経済研究所は「これは今後数カ月間の見通しが改善したことによるものだ。しかし、現在の事業状況は若干悪化していると評価されている」と述べました。

The preliminary estimate of services producer price index for Japan in September 2025, which was announced on 27th October 2025, was 111.3 points (2020=100), a rose by 3.0 percent from the same month a year earlier and it accelerated from 2.7 percent in September 2025. And ifo institute said "This was due to improved expectations for the coming months. However, the current business situation was assessed as slightly worse."

The Ifo business climate index for Germany in October 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 88.4 points on a seasonally adjusted basis, a rose by 0.7 points from the previous month.

ユーロ圏の政府赤字対GDP比_The government deficit to GDP ratio in the euro area

10月21日に発表された、ユーロ圏の2025年第2四半期の季節調整済の政府赤字対GDP比は2.7%で、2025年第1四半期比横ばいでした。しかし、前四半期と比較すると、歳入と歳出はともにGDP比で増加しました。

機械受注、ユーロ圏の貿易収支 The machinery orders in the Japan, The trade balance of euro area

10月16日に発表された2025年8月の季節調整済の機械受注の民需（船舶・電力を除く）は、前月比0.9%減少しました。前月比では2カ月連続の減少となりました。一方、外需は前月比28.4%増加し、2025年7月の8.4%減少から反転して増加に転じました。

同日発表されたユーロ圏の2025年8月の貿易収支の速報値は10億ユーロの黒字となり、2024年8月の30億ユーロの黒字から減少しました。

The seasonally adjusted machinery orders from domestic private-sector ( excluding orders from ships and electric power companies) in the Japan in August 2025, which was announced on 16th October 2025, decreased by 0.9 percent from the previous month. Compared with the previous month, it decreased for two consecutive months. And the machinery orders from overseas increased by 28.4 percent from the previous month and it reversed and increased from 8.4 percent decreased in July 2025. 

The preliminary estimate of trade balance of euro area in August 2025, which was announced on the same day, was EUR1.0 billion surplus, down from EUR3.0 billion surplus in August 2024.

同日発表された中国の2025年9月の消費者物価指数は、前年同月比0.3%低下しました。2025年8月の0.4%低下から上昇しました。

同日発表されたフランスの2025年9月の消費者物価指数は、前年同月比1.2%上昇しました。2025年8月の0.9%上昇から加速しました。

同日発表されたユーロ圏の2025年8月の季節調整済の鉱工業生産は、前月比1.2%低下しました。2025年7月の0.5%上昇から反転して低下しました。

同日発表された米国のベージュブックは、「ほとんどの地区において、より多くの雇用主がレイオフや自然減を通じて人員削減を行ったと報告しており、連絡先からは需要の低迷、経済の不確実性の高まり、そして場合によっては人工知能技術への投資の増加が挙げられている」と報告し、「報告期間中、物価はさらに上昇した。複数の地区の報告によると、輸入コストの上昇や保険、医療、テクノロジーソリューションなどのサービスコストの上昇により、投入コストの上昇ペースが加速した」と指摘した。

同日発表されたブラジルの2025年8月の季節調整済の小売売上高は、前月比0.2%増加しました。

The producer price index for industrial products in China in September 2025, which was announced on 15th October 2025, fell by 2.3 percent from the same month a year earlier, up from 2.9 percent fall in August 2025. 

The consumer price index for China in September 2025, which was announced on the same day, fell by 0.3 percent from the same month a year earlier, up from 0.4 percent fall in August 2025. 

The consumer price index for France in September 2025, which was announced on the same day, rose by 1.2 percent from the same month a year earlier that accelerated from 0.9 percent in August 2025.

The Beige Book by Fed in U.S., which was announced on the same day, reported  " In most Districts, more employers reported lowering head counts through layoffs and attrition, with contacts citing weaker demand, elevated economic uncertainty, and, in some cases, increased investment in artificial intelligence technologies." and "Prices rose further during the reporting period. Several District reports indicated that input costs increased at a faster pace due to higher import costs and the higher cost of services such as insurance, health care, and technology solutions.".  

The seasonally adjusted volume of retail sales in Brazil in August 2025, which was announced on the same day, increased by 0.2 percent from the previous month.

10月8日に発表された季節調整済の経常収支は2兆4630億円の黒字となり、前月比5,800億円の増加となりました。

同日発表された最新の景気ウォッチャー調査によると、2025年9月の季節調整済の景気の現状判断DIは47.1となり、前月比0.4ポイント上昇しました。

同日発表されたドイツの2025年8月の季節調整済み・暦年調整済みの鉱工業生産は前月比4.3%減少しました。

同日に発表された2025年9月16日～17日のFOMC議事要旨には、「労働市場の動向を反映するため、労働市場の状況を堅調とみなすことをやめ、雇用の伸びは鈍化し、失業率は小幅上昇したものの依然として低水準にあると述べることに合意した。委員らは、インフレ率は依然としてやや高い水準にあると認め、インフレ率が上昇したと付け加えることに合意した。委員会は、その二重の使命の両面におけるリスクに注意を払っていること、そして労働市場に対する懸念を反映して雇用の下振れリスクが高まっていることを付け加えることに合意した」と記されています。

The seasonally adjusted current account balance of Japan in August 2025, which was announced on 8th October 2025, was JPY2463 billion surplus, an increased by JPY580 billion from the previous month.

According to the latest economy watchers survey in the Japan, which was announced on the same day, the DI for current economic conditions in September 2025 was 47.1 percent on a seasonally adjusted basis, a rose by 0.4 percentage points on the previous month. 

The seasonally and calendar adjusted industrial production for Germany in August 2025, which was announced on the same day, decreased by 4.3 percent from the previous month.

The minutes of the Federal Open Market Committee on 16th-17th September 2025 which was announced on the same day, said "To reflect developments in the labor market, they agreed to no longer characterize labor market conditions as solid and instead state that job gains had slowed and that the unemployment rate had edged up but remained low. Members concurred that inflation remained somewhat elevated and agreed to add that inflation had moved up. They agreed that the Committee was attentive to the risks to both sides of its dual mandate and to add that downside risks to employment had risen to reflect their concerns about the labor market."

家計調査、景気動向指数、フランスの経常収支、米国の消費者信用残高＿ The family income and expenditure survey and coincident index for business conditions in the Japan, The current account balance of France, The consumer credit outstanding in U.S.

10月7日に発表された最新の家計調査によると、2025年8月の季節調整済の世帯当たり消費支出（調査対象：二人以上の世帯）は、前月比0.6%増となりました。前月の1.7%から鈍化しました。

同日発表された2025年8月の景気動向一致指数の速報値は113.4ポイント（2020年＝100）となり、前月比0.7ポイント低下しました。前月比では2カ月連続の低下となりました。

同日発表されたフランスの2025年8月の経常収支は15億ユーロの黒字となり、2025年7月の19億ユーロの赤字から反転しました。

同日発表された米国の2025年8月の消費者信用残高の速報値は、季節調整済の年率0.1%増加した。前月の4.3%から鈍化しました。

According to the latest family income and expenditure survey in the Japan, which was announced on 7th October 2025, the seasonally adjusted consumption expenditure per household (survey target : two-or-more-person households) in August 2025 increased by 0.6 percent on the previous month. And it slowed down from 1.7 percent in July 2025.

The preliminary estimate of coincident index for business conditions in the Japan in August 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 113.4 points (2020=100), a fell by 0.7 points from the previous month. Compared with the previous month, it fell for two consecutive months.

The current account balance of France in August 2025, which was announced on the same day, was EUR1.5 billion surplus, it reversed from EUR1.9 billion deficit in July 2025.

The preliminary estimate of consumer credit outstanding in U.S. in August 2025, which was announced on the same day, increased by a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 0.1 percent. It slowed down from 4.3 percent in July 2025.

ユーロ圏の小売高、ブラジルの貿易収支＿The retail trade in euro area, The trade balance of Brazil

10月6日に発表されたユーロ圏の2025年8月の小売高指数は、暦年・季節調整済みで102.5ポイントとなり、前月比0.1%上昇しました。2025年7月の0.4%下落から改善しました。

同日発表されたブラジルの2025年9月の貿易収支は、29億9,000万米ドルの黒字となりました。輸出額は305億米ドル、輸入額は275億米ドルでした。

10月2日に発表された2025年9月のマネタリーベースの平均残高は628兆円で、前年同月比6.2%減少しました。

同日発表された消費動向調査によると、2025年9月の消費者態度指数（調査対象：二人以上の世帯）は季節調整済みで35.3ポイントとなり、前月比0.4ポイント上昇しました。

同日発表されたユーロ圏の2025年8月の失業率は、季節調整済で6.3%となり、2025年7月の6.2%から上昇しました。

10月1日に発表された2025年第3四半期の日銀短観によると、製造業の業況判断は、全ての規模の企業で前回と同水準か改善しました。一方、非製造業では、大企業は横ばいだったものの、中堅企業と中小企業は前回より悪化しました。付け加えると、2025年9月30日に発表された2025年第3四半期の中小企業景況調査では、「中小企業の業況判断DIは2四半期ぶりに低下した」と報告されています。

同日発表されたユーロ圏の2025年9月の年間インフレ率は2.2%で、2025年8月の2.0%から上昇しました。

同日発表された米国の2025年9月のADP雇用報告によると、民間部門の雇用者数は前月比3万2000人減少しました。

同日発表された米国の2025年9月のISM非製造業PMIは52.0で、前月比1.9ポイント上昇しました。ただ、直近12ヶ月の平均である52.4をわずかに下回りました。

According to the BOJ Tankan for Japan in 3rd quarter of 2025, which was announced on 1st October 2025, business conditions for present in the manufacturing sector were same as or better than last time for all sized enterprises. But, in the case of nonmanufacturing sector,  large sized enterprises were same but medium-sized enterprises and small sized enterprises were worse than last time. In addition, the survey on business conditions of small and medium enterprises for Japan in 3rd quarter of 2025, which was announced on 30th September 2025, reported "The business conditions DI for small and medium-sized enterprises fell for the first time in two quarters.".

The annual inflation rate for euro area in September 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 2.2 percent, up from 2.0 percent in August 2025.

According to the ADP national employment report for U.S. in September 2025, which was announced on the same day, private sector employment decreased by 32,000 jobs from the previous month.

The ISM services PMI for U.S. in September 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 52.0 percent, a rose by 1.9 percentage points from the previous month. But it was slightly below recent 12 months average for 52.4 percent.

鉱工業生産・小売業販売額、中国の製造業PMI、米国のコンファレンス・ボード消費者信頼感指数＿The industrial production and retail sales in the Japan, The manufacturing PMI for China, The Conference Board consumer confidence index for U.S.

9月30日に発表された2025年8月の季節調整済の鉱工業生産指数（2020年＝100）は100.9ポイントとなり、前月比1.2%の低下となりました。しかし、在庫売上高比率は前月比2.5%上昇しました。

同日発表された2025年8月の季節調整済の小売業販売額は前月比1.1%減少しました。

同日発表された中国の2025年9月の製造業PMIは49.8となり、前月比0.4%ポイント上昇しました。緩やかに改善しているものの、依然として6ヶ月連続で50を下回っています。

同日発表された米国の2025年9月のコンファレンス・ボード消費者信頼感指数は94.2ポイント（1985年＝100）となり、前月比3.6ポイント低下しました。

The seasonally adjusted retail sales value in the Japan in August 2025, which was announced on the same day, decreased by 1.1 percent from the previous month.

The manufacturing PMI for China in September 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 49.8 percent, a rose by 0.4 percentage points from the previous month. It is getting better slowly but it was still below 50 percent for six consecutive months.

The Conference Board consumer confidence index for U.S. in September 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 94.2 points (1985=100), a fell by 3.6 points form the previous month.

9月29日に発表されたインドの2025年8月の鉱工業生産指数は151.7ポイント（2011-12年＝100）で、前月比4.0%上昇しました。2025年7月の4.3%上昇から鈍化しました。

同日発表されたユーロ圏の2025年9月の経済景況感指数は95.5ポイント（長期平均＝100）で、前月比0.2ポイント上昇しました。

同日発表された米国の2025年8月の中古住宅販売保留指数は、季節調整済の年率で74.7ポイントで、前月比4.0%上昇しました。
