10月24日に発表された米国の9月の新築住宅販売戸数(調査対象：新築戸建住宅)は、季節調整済の年率で73万8千戸となり、前月比4.1％増となりました。また、同時期に販売された住宅に対する販売用住宅の比率は前月比3.8％減少しました。

The new residential sales in the U.S. in September 2024 (survey target : new single-family houses) , which was announced on October 24th 2024, was at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 738 thousands of units, a increased by 4.1 percent on the previous month. And the ratio of houses for sale to houses sold in the same period decreased by 3.8 percent on the previous month.
