10月31日、公表された9月の鉱工業生産指数(季節調整済)は、前月比マイナス1.1％となりました。
9月初旬時点の生産計画値から、マイナス3.4％の下方修正となりました。

The industrial production index for Japan on September (seasonally adjusted), which was announced on October 31, declined by 1.1% from the previous month.
It was a downward revision of minus 3.4% from the production planned value at the beginning of September.
