同日発表された米国の2025年6月の中古住宅販売件数は前月比2.7%減少しました。また、中古住宅の平均販売価格は579,900米ドルで、2025年5月の566,500米ドルから上昇しました。

The preliminary estimate of consumer confidence indicator for euro area in July 2025, which was announced on 23rd July 2025, was minus 14.7 points, a rose by 0.6 percentage points from the previous month.
The existing home sales in the U.S. in June 2025, which was announced on the same day, decreased by 2.7% from the previous month. And the mean sales price of existing homes was US$579900, up from US$566500 in May 2025.
