The new houses sold in US for April 2022 (seasonally adjusted annual rate, preliminary figures), which was announced on May 24th 2022, were 591,000 units, a fell by 16.6 percent from the previous month. And the median sales price for new houses in US for April 2022 (not seasonally adjusted, preliminary figures) was US$450600, a rose by 3.59 percent from the previous month.
