The consumer price index for India in January 2022 (preliminary figures), which was announced on February 14th 2022, rose by 6.01 percent from the previous year same month. Looking at the breakdown of it, the cooking oils and fats price index rose by 18.70 percent (YoY) and the fuel and light price index rose by 9.32 percent (YoY).
