8月3日、公表された東京都区部の7月の消費者物価指数は、前年同月比0.1％下落しました。 内訳を見ると、エネルギー価格は1.1％上昇（前年比）しましたが、食品(生鮮食品を除く)価格は0.1％下落（前年比）しました。
同日発表されたユーロ圏の6月の工業製品の生産者物価指数は前月比1.4％上昇しました。内訳を見ると、エネルギー価格は3.3％（前月比）上昇しました。

The consumer price index for urban area of Tokyo in July 2021, which was announced on August 3rd 2021, fell by 0.1 percent from the previous year same month. Looking at the breakdown of it, the energy price rose by 1.1 percent (YoY), but food less fresh food price fell by 0.1 percent (YoY).
Announced on the same day, the industrial producer price index for euro-area in June 2021 rose by 1.4 percent from the previous month. Looking at the breakdown of it, the energy price rose by 3.3 percent (MoM).
