内訳を見ると、
北東部は33.1%減少、
南部は17.7％減少、
中西部は28.4％上昇、
西側は19.5％上昇
しました。

The housing starts of US in August 2020 (preliminary value, seasonally adjusted , annual rate), which was announced on September 17th 2020, fell by 5.2 percent from the previous month.
Looking at the breakdown,
the Northeast fell by 33.1 percent,
the South fell by 17.7 percent,
the Midwest rose by 28.4 percent,
and the West rose by 19.5 percent.
