The University of Michigan consumer sentiment index in April 2020, which was announced on April 9th 2020, was 71.0 points, a fell by 18.1 from the previous month.
This 71.0 wasn't lowest level since 2008.
I estimate that there is a possibility of further decline, if corona-virus COVID 19 will have more negative effect for economic situation than Lehman shock.
