1月12日に公表された12月の景気ウォッチャー調査によると、12月の現状判断DI（季節調整済）は56.4、前月比0.1ポイント上昇しましたた。現状判断DIは、3カ月連続で50を超えました。
また、12月の先行き判断DI（同上）は49.4、前月比4.0ポイント低下しました。将来の経済状況のDIは、3カ月ぶりに50を下回りました。
同日発表された中国の12月の消費者物価指数は前月比0.3％下落しました。
また、中国の12月の工業製品の生産者物価指数は前月比1.2％下落しました。
そして、インドの12月の消費者物価指数（速報値）は前月比0.36％下落しました。
2021年12月の中国とインドの消費者物価指数は何れも前月比で下落しましたが、2021年12月の米国の消費者物価指数（季節調整済）は前月比0.5％上昇しました。

According to the economy watchers survey of Japan in December 2021, which was announced on January 12th 2022, the DI for current economic conditions in December 2021 (seasonally adjusted) was 56.4 percent, a rose by 0.1 percentage points from the previous month. The DI for current economic conditions was above 50 percent for the 3rd month running.
And the DI for future economic conditions in December 2021 (same as above) was 49.4 percent, a fell by 4.0 percentage points from the previous month. The DI for future economic conditions was below 50 percent for the first time in 3 months.
Announced on the same day, the consumer price index for China in December 2021 fell by 0.3 percent from the previous month.
And the producer price index for manufactured goods for China in December 2021 fell by 1.2 percent from the previous month.
And the consumer price index for India in December 2021 (preliminary figures) fell by 0.36 percent from the previous month.
Both the CPI for China and India in December 2021 fell from the previous month, but the consumer price index for US in December 2021 (seasonally adjusted) rose by 0.5 percent from the previous month.
