2025年10月30日、日本銀行は広く予想されていた通り、短期政策金利を0.5%に据え置くことを決定しました。
同日、欧州中央銀行の理事会は、主要3金利を据え置くことを決定しました。すなわち、中銀預金金利、主要政策金利、限界貸出金利は、それぞれ2.00%、2.15%、2.40%に据え置かれます。
同日発表されたユーロ圏の2025年10月の経済景況感指数は、季節調整済で96.8ポイントとなり、2025年9月の95.6ポイントから上昇しました。

On 30th October 2025, the Bank of Japan decided to maintain short-term policy interest rates at 0.5 percent as widely expected.
On the same day, the Governing Council of ECB decided to keep the three key ECB interest rates unchanged, in other words the interest rates on the deposit facility, the main refinancing operations and the marginal lending facility will remain unchanged at 2.00 percent, 2.15 percent and 2.40 percent respectively.
The Economic Sentiment Indicator for euro area in October 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 96.8 points on a seasonally adjusted basis, up from 95.6 points in September 2025.
