同日発表されたユーロ圏の11月のHICPによる消費者物価指数は、前年同月比2.2％上昇、前月比0.2％低下となりました。
同日発表された米国の11月の住宅着工戸数の速報値は、季節調整済の年率で1,289千戸となり、前月比1.8％減少しました。
同日、FRBは予想通り政策金利を0.25％引き下げることを決定しました。また、利下げペースは鈍化し、インフレ率は堅調になると予測しました。

The seasonally adjusted trade balance of Japan in November 2024, which was announced on December 18th 2024, was JPY384 billion deficit, a rose by 67.6 percent on the previous month.
The consumer price index by the HICP for euro area in November 2024, which was announced on the same day, rose by 2.2 percent on the same month a year earlier but fell by 0.2 percent on the previous month.
The preliminary estimate for housing starts in the U.S. in November 2024, which was announced on the same day, was 1289 thousands of units on a seasonally adjusted annual rate, a fell by 1.8 percent on the previous month.
On the same day, the Fed decided to lower policy interest rate for 0.25 percent as expected. And they projected slower pace of further cuts, firmer inflation.
