7月18日に発表された6月の貿易収支の速報値は、季節調整済で8,160億円の赤字となり、前月比26.8％増となりました。前月と比べると、輸出は0.2％減少しましたが、輸入は1.6％増加しました。
同日、欧州中央銀行は予想通り政策金利を据え置くことを決定しました。

The preliminary estimate for trade balance of Japan in June 2024, which was announced on July 18th 2024, was JPY816 billion deficit on a seasonally adjusted basis, a increased by 26.8 percent from the previous month. Compared with the previous month, the exports decreased by 0.2 percent but the imports increased by 1.6 percent.
On the same day, the European Central Bank decided to keep policy interest rates unchanged as expected.
