5月19日、公表された3月の鉱工業生産指数（季節調整済、確報値、2015年=100）は97.2ポイントで、前月比1.7％上昇しました。 また、在庫比率（同上）は110.0ポイント、0.2％（前月比）上昇しました。
同日発表されたユーロ圏の4月の消費者物価指数は、前年同月比1.6％上昇しました。 内訳を見ると、エネルギー価格は10.4％（前年比）上昇しましたが、未加工食品は0.3％（前年比）下落しました。

The index of industrial production for Japan in March 2021 (seasonally adjusted, revised figure, CY2015=100), which was announced on May 19th 2021, was 97.2 points, a rose by 1.7 percent from the previous month. And the inventory ratio (same as above) was 110.0 points, a rose by 0.2 percent (MoM).
Announced on the same day, the consumer price index for euro-area in April 2021 rose by 1.6 percent from the previous year same month. Looking at the breakdown of it, the energy price rose by 10.4 percent (YoY), but the unprocessed food price fell by 0.3 percent (YoY).
