内訳を見ると、北西部（マイナス39.5％、前月比）と中西部（マイナス34.9％、前月比）が大幅に落ち込みました。

The units of housing starts of US in February 2021 (seasonally adjusted annual rate), which was announced on March 17th 2021, was 1,421,000 units, a fell by 10.3 percent from the previous month.
Looking at the breakdown of it, the Northwest (minus 39.5 percent, MoM) and Midwest (minus 34.9 percent, MoM) fell significantly.
