内訳を見ると、北東部、中西部、南部、西部のすべての地域が前月比増加しました。

The housing starts of US in July 2020 (seasonally adjusted, annual rate), which was announced on August 18th 2020, was 1,496,000, a rose by 22.6 percent from the previous month.
Looking at the breakdown, all area of Northeast, Midwest, South and West rose from the previous month.
