6月23日、公表された米国の5月の新築住宅販売件数（季節調整済）は67万6000戸、前月比16.6％増でした。
内訳を見ると、経済活動の再開に慎重だった北東部は45.5％増加し、早期に経済活動が再開した中西部は6.4％減少しました。

The new houses for sold of US in May 2020 (seasonally adjusted), which was announced on June 23th 2020, was 676,000 units, a rose by 16.6 percent from the previous month.
Looking at the breakdown, North-east where was cautious about resuming economic activity rose by 45.5 percent, Mid-west where economic activity resumed quickly fell by 6.4 percent, and so on.
