内訳を見ると、製造業は8.2％減少し、非製造業（船舶・電力を除く）は5.3％増加しました。

The machinery orders of Japan in March 2020 (private-sector, excluding orders for ships and orders from the electric power companies, seasonally adjusted), which was announced on May 19th 2020, fell by 0.4 percent from the previous month.
Looking at the breakdown, manufacturing fell by 8.2 percent, and non-manufacturing (excluding orders for ships and orders from the electric power companies) rose by 5.3 percent.
