11月6日、日銀は2019年9月18日と19日分の金融政策決定会合議事要旨を発表しました。
例えば、次の趣旨の記載がありました。
特に、海外経済の動向を中心に経済・物価の下振れリスクが大きいもとで、先行き、「物価安定の目標」に向けたモメンタムが損なわれる惧れが高まる場合には、躊躇なく、追加的な金融緩和措置を講じるとの方針を共有した。
私は、次のように理解しました。
世界経済は減速しており、日本経済の下振れリスクは上昇しています。
このリスクは、日本のインフレに深刻な問題を引き起こす可能性があります。
On November 6th, BOJ released Minutes of the Monetary Policy Meeting on September 18 and 19, 2019.
For example, it contained following description.
・・・ in particular, in a situation where downside risks to economic activity and prices, mainly regarding developments in overseas economies, were significant,not hesitate to take additional easing measures if there was a greater possibility that the momentum toward achieving the price stability target would be lost.・・・
I understood it that like the following.
The global economies are slowing and the downside risks of Japanese economy are rising.
This risks may give rise to serious trouble for inflation of Japan.
