4月17日に発表された2025年3月の貿易収支は、季節調整済で2,336億円の赤字となりました。前月の1,913億円の黒字から赤字に転じました。
同日、欧州中央銀行(ECB)は政策金利を25ベーシスポイント引き下げることを決定しました。ECBは「ディスインフレのプロセスは順調に進んでいる」としながらも、「貿易摩擦の激化により、成長見通しは悪化している」と述べました。

The trade balance of Japan in March 2025, which was announced on 17th April 2025, was JPY233.6 billion deficit on a seasonally adjusted basis. It turn a deficit from JPY191.3 billion surplus in previous month.
On the same day, the European Central Bank decided to lower the policy interest rates by 25 basis points. And ECB said "The disinflation process is well on track." but "the outlook for growth has deteriorated owing to rising trade tensions. "
