The ifo business climate index for Germany in September 2024, which was announced on September 24th 2024, was 85.4 points (2015=100) on a seasonally adjusted basis, a fell of 1.2 points compared with the previous month. It fell for four consecutive months.
The S&P/Case-Shiller 20-city composite home price index for U.S. in July 2024, which was announced on the same day, rose by 5.92 percent from the same month a year earlier.
The Conference Board consumer confidence index for U.S. in September 2024, which was announced on the same day, was 98.7 points (1985=100), a fell of 6.9 points from the previous month.
