9月9日に発表された最新の景気ウォッチャー調査によると、8月の景気の現状判断DIは季節調整済で49.0となり、前月比1.5ポイント上昇しました。依然として50を下回っているものの、3カ月連続で上昇しました。
同日発表された中国の8月の工業製品の生産者物価指数は前年同月比1.8％下落しました。前月の0.8％下落から下落幅が拡大しました。
同日発表された米国の7月の卸売売上高の速報値は6,710億ドルで前月比1.1％上昇しましたが、在庫/売上高比率は1.35倍となり前月から0.01倍低下しました。

According to the latest economy watchers survey for Japan, which was announced on September 9th 2024, the DI for current economic conditions in August 2024 recorded 49.0 percent on a seasonally adjusted basis, a rose by 1.5 percentage points from the previous month. It was below 50 percent still, but it rose for three consecutive months.
The producer price index for industrial products in the China in August 2024, which was announced on the same day, fell by 1.8 percent from the same month a year earlier. The decline accelerated from 0.8 percent fall of the previous month.
The preliminary estimate for wholesale sales in the U.S. in July 2024, which was announced on the same day, was US$671 billion, a rose by 1.1 percent from the previous month. But the ratio for inventories/sales was 1.35 times, a fell of 0.01 times from the previous month.
