同日発表されたドイツの8月のIFO企業景況感指数は季節調整済で86.6ポイント（2015年＝100）となり、前月より0.4ポイント低下しました。3カ月連続の低下となりました。
同日発表された米国の7月の航空機を除く非国防資本財の新規受注額は1069億ドルとなり、前月比0.1％低下しました。

The revised estimate of coincident index for business conditions in the Japan in June 2024, which was announced on August 26th 2024, was 113.2 points (2020=100), a fell by 0.5 points from the preliminary estimate.
The ifo business climate index for Germany in August 2024, which was announced on the same day, was 86.6 points (2015=100) on a seasonally adjusted basis, a fell of 0.4 points from the previous month. It fell for three consecutive months.
The new orders for nondefense capital goods excluding aircraft in the U.S. in July 2024, which was announced on the same day, was US$106.9 billion, a fell by 0.1 percent from the previous month.
