The preliminary estimate for consumer confidence indicator for euro area in July 2024, which was announced on July 23rd 2024, was minus 13.0 points on a seasonally adjusted basis (long term average = minus 13.0 points at June 2024), a increased by 1.0 percentage points from the previous month. In addition it increased for six consecutive months compared with the previous month.
