The new home sales in the U.S. in June 2024, which were announced on July 24th 2024, were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 617,000 units, a fell by 0.6 percent from the previous month. And, the median sales price of new houses sold in June 2024 was US$417,300, a rose by US$10,200 from the previous month.
