6月17日に発表された4月の機械受注の民需（船舶・電力を除く）は、季節調整済で前月比2.9％減の8,860億円となりました。2023年度月平均を上回りましたが、2022年度月平均を下回りました。
同日発表された中国の5月の鉱工業生産は前年同月比5.6％増となりましたが、前月の6.7％増からは減速しました。
同日発表された中国の5月の小売の売上高は3兆92百億元で、前年同月比3.7%増となりました。前月の2.3%増から加速しましたが、経済成長目標の5%を大きく下回りました。

The machinery orders from domestic private-sector ( excluding orders from ships and electric power companies) in the Japan in April 2024, which was announced on June 17th 2024, recorded a seasonally adjusted of JPY886 billion, a fell by 2.9 percent from the previous month. This value was more than FY2023 monthly average but less than FY2022 monthly average.
The industrial production in the China in May 2024, which was announced on the same day, increased by 5.6 percent from the same month a year earlier but it was slowed down from 6.7 percent growth of the previous month.
The retail sales value in the China in May 2024, which was announced on the same day, recorded CNY3.92 trillion, a increased by 3.7 percent from the same month a year earlier. It accelerated from 2.3 percent growth of the previous month but it was much lower than economic growth target for 5 percent.
