8月10日、公表された7月の景気ウォッチャー調査によると、7月の現状判断DI（季節調整済）は48.4、前月比0.8ポイント上昇しました。 内訳を見ると、企業動向関連DI（= 49.4）と家計動向関連DI（= 47.2）は50未満でしたが、雇用関連DI（= 53.7）は50を超えました。
同日発表されたドイツの8月のZEW景況感指数は40.4、前月比22.9ポイント下落しました。

According to the economy watchers survey of Japan in July 2021, which was announced on August 10th 2021, the DI for current economic conditions in July 2021 (seasonally adjusted) was 48.4 percent, a rose by 0.8 percentage points from the previous month. Looking at the breakdown of it, the corporate activity-related DI (=49.4 percent) and the household activity-related DI (=47.2 percent) was less than 50, but the employment-related DI (=53.7 percent) were above 50.
Announced on the same day, the ZEW indicator of economic sentiment for Germany in August 2021 was 40.4 points, a fell by 22.9 points from the previous month.
