米国のGDP・耐久財受注・新規失業保険申請件数・住宅販売保留指数＿The GDP, durable goods orders, of U.S., unemployment insurance weekly number of applications and pending home sales index in the U.S.

6月26日に発表された米国の2025年第1四半期の実質GDPの第3次推計値は、前四半期比年率0.5%減となりました。

同日発表された米国の2025年5月の航空機を除く非国防資本財の新規受注は、季節調整済みで1億3,000万ドルとなり、前月比1.7%増となりました。

同日発表された6月21日終了週の米国における新規失業保険申請件数の4週間移動平均は24万5,000件となり、前週平均比750件減少しました。

同日発表された米国の2025年5月の住宅販売保留指数の速報値は、季節調整済で72.6ポイントとなり、前月比1.8%上昇しました。

The third estimate of real GDP of U.S. in 1st quarter of 2025, which was announced on 26th June 2025, decreased at an annual rate of 0.5 percent from the previous quarter.

The new orders for nondefense capital goods excluding aircraft in the U.S. in May 2025, which was announced on the same day, was US$130 million on a seasonally adjusted basis, a rose by 1.7 percent from the previous month.

The 4-week moving average of unemployment insurance weekly number of applications in the U.S. at the week ending June 21, which was announced on the same day, was 245,000, a decrease of 750 from the previous week's average.

The preliminary estimate of pending home sales index for U.S. in May 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 72.6 points on a seasonally adjusted basis, a rose by 1.8 percent from the previous month.

企業向けサービス価格指数、景気一致指数＿The services producer price index and coincident index for business conditions for Japan

6月25日に発表された2025年5月の企業向けサービス価格指数の速報値は110.7ポイント（2020年＝100）となり、前月比0.1%の低下となりました。業種別では、不動産サービスが前月比0.1%の低下となったことが印象的でした。

同日発表された2025年4月の景気一致指数の改定値は116.0ポイント（2020年＝100）となり、速報値の115.5ポイントから上昇しました。

The preliminary estimate of services producer price index for Japan in May 2025, which was announced on 25th June 2025, was 110.7 points (2020=100), a fell by 0.1 percent from the previous month. Looking at the breakdown by sector, it was impressive for me that the price of real estate services fell by 0.1 percent from the previous month.

The revised estimate of coincident index for business conditions in the Japan in April 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 116.0 points (2020=100), up from preliminary estimate of 115.5 points.

ドイツのIFO企業景況指数、米国の経常収支・S&P/ケース・シラー20都市圏住宅価格指数・コンファレンス・ボード消費者信頼感指数＿The ifo business climate index for Germany, The current account balance, S&P/Case-Shiller 20-city composite home price index and Conference Board consumer confidence index in the U.S.

6月24日に発表された、ドイツの2025年6月のIFO企業景況指数は、季節調整済で88.4ポイント（2015年＝100）となり、前月比0.9ポイント上昇しました。この88.4ポイントは過去12ヶ月間の最高水準です。IFOは「ドイツ経済は徐々に景況感を高めている」と述べています。

同日発表された米国の2025年第1四半期の経常収支は、4,502億ドルの赤字となり、前四半期比44.3%増加しました。外国人居住者からの受取を含む財・サービスの輸出は39億ドル減少し、外国人居住者への支払いを含む財・サービスの輸入は1,343億ドル増加しました。

同日発表された米国の2025年4月のS&P/ケース・シラー20都市圏住宅価格指数は、前年同月比3.42%上昇しました。

同日発表された米国の2025年6月のコンファレンス・ボード消費者信頼感指数は93.0ポイント（1985年＝100）で、前月比5.4ポイント低下しました。

また、コンファレンス・ボードは、「6月の信頼感の低下は、すべての年齢層とほぼすべての所得層に共通していた。また、すべての政党支持層に共通しており、共和党支持者の低下幅が最も大きかった」と述べています。

The ifo business climate index for Germany in June 2025, which was announced on 24th June 2025, was 88.4 points (2015=100) on a seasonally adjusted basis, a rose by 0.9 points from the previous month. And this 88.4 points was highest level in the last 12 months. The ifo said "The German economy is slowly building confidence.".

The current account balance of U.S. in 1st quarter of 2025, which was announced on the same day, was US$450.2 billion deficit, a rose by 44.3 percent from the previous quarter. Exports of goods and services including income received from foreign residents decreased by US$3.9 billion and imports of goods and services including income paid to foreign residents increased by US$134.3 billion.

The S&P/Case-Shiller 20-city composite home price index for U.S. in April 2025, which was announced on the same day, rose by 3.42 percent from the same month a year earlier. 

The Conference Board consumer confidence index for U.S. in June 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 93.0 points (1985=100), a fell by 5.4 points from the previous month.

And the Conference Board said  "June’s retreat in confidence was shared by all age groups and almost all income groups. It was also shared across all political affiliations, with the largest decline among Republicans."

米国の中古住宅販売件数＿The existing-home sales in the U.S.

6月23日に発表された米国の2025年5月の中古住宅販売件数の速報値は、季節調整済みで403万戸となり、前月比0.8%増となりました。ただ、前年同月比では0.7%減となりました。

地域別に見ると、前月と比較すると、北東部、中西部、南部では増加しましたが、西部では減少しました。

The preliminary estimate of existing-home sales in the U.S. in May 2025, which was announced on 23rd June 2025, was a seasonally adjusted rate of 4.03 million, a rose by 0.8% from the previous month. And it fell by 0.7 percent from the same month a year earlier.

Looking at each region, compared with the previous month, the units of sales in Northeast, Midwest and South increased but it in West decreased.

EUにおける再生可能エネルギー由来の電力の割合、ユーロ圏の建設支出＿The share of net electric energy from renewable energy sources in the EU, The production in construction in the euro area

 6月19日に発表された、EUにおける2025年第1四半期の純発電量に占める再生可能エネルギー由来の電力の割合は42.5%で、水力および風力発電の減少により、前年同期比4.3%減少しました。なお、2025年第1四半期の再生可能エネルギー由来の電力は、主に風力（42.5%）、水力（29.2%）、太陽光（18.1%）によるものでした。

付け加えると、太陽光発電による発電量は、2024年第1四半期の40.9TWhから2025年第1四半期には55TWhへと大幅に増加しました。再生可能エネルギーは気候変動の影響を受けやすいという印象を受けました。

同日発表されたユーロ圏の2025年4月の季節調整済の建設支出は、前月比1.4%増加しました。 2025年3月の0.2%下落から反転し、上昇に転じました。

The share of net electric energy from renewable energy sources in the EU in 1st quarter of 2025, which was announced on 19th June 2025, was 42.5 percent, a fell by 4.3 percent from the same quarter a year earlier due to decrease in hydro and wind production.

And the electricity generated from renewable sources in the first quarter of 2025 mainly came from wind (42.5%), hydro (29.2%) and solar (18.1%). 

In addition, the electricity generation from solar significantly increased from 40.9 TWh in 1st quarter 2024 to 55 TWh in 1st quarter 2025.

I got the impression that the renewable energy sources will be easily affected by climate change.

The seasonally adjusted production in construction in the euro area in April 2025, which was announced on the same day, increased by 1.4% from the previous month. It reversed and increased from 0.2 percent fall in March 2025.
