米国の2025年2月の住宅販売保留指数＿The pending home sales index for U.S. in February 2025

3月27日に発表された米国の2025年2月の住宅販売保留指数の速報値は、季節調整済で72.0ポイントとなり、前月比2.0％上昇しました。しかし、契約締結数は、米国北東部、中西部、南部、西部の4地域すべてで減少しました。

The preliminary estimate of pending home sales index for U.S. in February 2025, which was announced on 27th March 2025, was 72.0 points on a seasonally adjusted basis, a rose by 2.0 percent on the previous month. However the number of contract signings declined in all four, Northeast, Midwest, South and West, U.S. regions.

2025年2月の企業向けサービス価格指数、米国の2025年2月の耐久財受注＿The services producer price index for Japan in February 2025, The durable goods orders in the U.S. in February 2025

3月26日に発表された2025年2月の企業向けサービス価格指数の速報値は108.7ポイント（2020年＝100）で、前年同月比3.0％上昇、前月比横ばいとなりました。

同日発表された米国の2025年2月の航空機を除く非国防資本財の新規受注は季節調整済で749億ドルで、前月比0.3％減少しました。

The preliminary estimate of services producer price index for Japan in February 2025, which was announced on 26th March 2025, was 108.7 points (2020=100), a rose by 3.0 percent a same month a year earlier and unchanged on the previous month.

The new orders for nondefense capital good excluding aircraft in the U.S. in February 2025, which was announced on the same day, was US$74.9 billion on a seasonally adjusted basis, a fell by 0.3 percent on the previous month.

日銀議事要旨、ドイツの2025年3月のIFO企業景況感指数、米国の2025年1月のS&P/ケース・シラー20都市圏住宅価格指数、米国の2025年3月のコンファレンス・ボード消費者信頼感指数＿The BOJ minutes, The IFO business climate index for Germany in March 2025, The S&P/Case-Shiller 20-City composite home price index for U.S. in January 2025, The Conference Board consumer confidence index for U.S. in March 2025

2025年3月25日に発表された2025年1月23日と24日の日銀金融政策決定会合議事要旨では、「委員は、海外の経済・物価動向、資源価格の動向、企業の賃金・価格設定行動など、わが国経済・物価を巡る不確実性は引き続き高いとの認識で一致した。」と記しています。

同日発表されたドイツの2025年3月のIFO企業景況感指数は、季節調整済で86.7ポイント（2015年＝100）となり、前月比1.4ポイント上昇しました。内訳をみると、特に製造業の指数が大きく上昇しましたが、受注が若干減少したのが気になります。

同日発表された米国の2025年1月のS&P/ケース・シラー20都市圏住宅価格指数は、前年同月比4.67%上昇しました。

同日発表された米国の2025年3月のコンファレンス・ボード消費者信頼感指数は92.9（1985年=100）で、7.2ポイント低下した。コンファレンス・ボードは「消費者の将来への期待は12年ぶりの低水準」としています。

The BOJ minutes of monetary policy meeting on January 23 and 24, 2025, which was announced on 25th March 2025, described "They concurred that there remained high uncertainties surrounding Japan's economic activity and prices, including developments in overseas economic activity and prices, developments in commodity prices, and domestic firms' wage- and price-setting behavior. "

The IFO business climate index for Germany in March 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 86.7 points (2015=100) on a seasonally adjusted basis, a rose by 1.4 points on the previous month. Looking at the breakdown of it, especially, the index for manufacturing rose significantly but I'm concerned about order books saw a slight decrease.

The S&P/Case-Shiller 20-City composite home price index for U.S. in January 2025, which was announced on the same day, rose by 4.67 percent on the same month a year earlier.

The Conference Board consumer confidence index for U.S. in March 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 92.9 (1985=100), a fell by 7.2 points. The Conference Board says "Consumers’ expectations for the future at a 12-year low"

ユーロ圏の2025年1月の経常収支、ユーロ圏の2025年3月の消費者信頼感指数＿The current account balance for euro area in January 2025, The consumer confidence indicator for euro area in March 2025

3月21日に発表されたユーロ圏の2025年1月の経常収支は350億ユーロの黒字で、前月より30億ユーロ減少しました。

同日発表されたユーロ圏の2025年3月の消費者信頼感指数の速報値はマイナス14.5で、前月より0.9ポイント低下しました。

The current account balance for euro area in January 2025, which was announced on 21th  March 2025, was EUR35 billion surplus, a decreased by EUR3 billion on the previous month.

The preliminary estimate of consumer confidence indicator for euro area in March 2025, which was announced on the same day, was minus 14.5 percent, a fell by 0.9 percentage points on the previous month.

ドイツの2025年2月の工業製品の生産者物価指数、米国の2024年第4四半期の経常収支＿The producer price index of industrial products for Germany in February 2025, The current account balance of U.S. in 4th quarter of 2024

3月20日に発表されたドイツの2025年2月の工業製品の生産者物価指数は、前月比0.2％低下したが、前年同月比0.7％上昇しました。

同日発表された米国の2024年第4四半期の経常収支は3,039億ドルの赤字でした。第4四半期の赤字はGDPの4.1％で、第3四半期の4.2％から減少しました。

The producer price index of industrial products for Germany in February 2025, which was announced on March 20th 2025, fell by 0.2 percent on the previous month but rose by 0.7 percent on the same month a year earlier.

The current account balance of U.S. in 4th quarter of 2024, which was announced on the same day, was US$303.9 billion deficit. And the 4th quarter deficit was 4.1 percent of GDP, down from 4.2 percent in the 3rd quarter.
