2月27日に発表されたフランスの2025年1月の鉱工業の生産者物価指数（国内市場向け）は前月比0.7％上昇し、2024年12月の0.9％上昇から鈍化しました。

同日発表されたユーロ圏の2025年2月の経済景況感指数は、季節調整済（長期平均＝100）で96.3ポイントとなり、前月比1.0ポイント上昇しました。

同日発表された米国の2025年1月の航空機を除く非国防資本財の新規受注は、季節調整済で751億ドルとなり、前月比0.8％増加しました。 2024年12月の0.2％上昇から加速しました。

同日発表された米国の2025年1月の住宅販売保留指数は前月比4.6％下落しました。

The industrial producer price index (for home market) in the France in January 2025, which was announced on February 27th 2025, rose by 0.7 percent on the previous month and it slowed down from 0.9 percent rose in December 2024.

The economic sentiment indicator for euro area in February 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 96.3 points on a seasonally adjusted basis (long term average = 100), a rose by 1.0 points on the previous month.

The new orders for nondefense capital goods excluding aircraft in the U.S. in January 2025, which was announced on the same day, was US$75.1 billion on a seasonally adjusted basis, a increased by 0.8 percent on the previous month. It accelerated from 0.2 percent rose in December 2024.

The pending home sales index in the U.S. in January 2025, which was announced on the same day, fell by 4.6 percent on the previous month.

2月26日に発表された2024年12月の景気一致指数の改定推計は116.4ポイント（2020年＝100）となり、速報値より0.4ポイント低下しました。

2月25日に発表された2025年1月の企業向けサービス価格指数の速報値は108.6ポイント（2020年＝100）で、前年同月比3.1％上昇、前月比0.5％下落となりました。

同日発表されたドイツの2024年第4四半期の実質GDPは前四半期比0.2％下落しました。2024年第3四半期の0.1％上昇から反転して下落しました。

同日発表された米国の2024年12月のS&P/ケース・シラー20都市圏住宅価格指数は前年同月比4.48％上昇となりました。

同日発表された米国の2025年2月のコンファレンスボード消費者信頼感指数は98.3ポイント（1985年＝100）となり、前月比7.0ポイント低下しました。期待指数は72.9ポイントで、前月比9.3ポイントの大幅低下となりました。コンファレンスボードは「期待指数が景気後退の前兆となる閾値80を下回ったのは2024年6月以来初めて」としています。

The preliminary estimate of services producer price index for Japan in January 2025, which was announced on February 25th 2025, was 108.6 points (2020=100). It rose by 3.1 percent on the same month a year earlier but fell by 0.5 percent on the previous month.

The real GDP of Germany in 4th quarter of 2024, which was announced on the same day, decreased by 0.2 percent on the previous quarter. It reversed and decreased from 0.1 percent rose in 3rd quarter of 2024.

The S&P/Case Shiller 20-city composite home price index for U.S. in December 2024, which was announced on the same day, rose by 4.48 percent on the same month a year earlier.

The Conference Board consumer confidence index for U.S. in February 2025, which was announced on the same day, 98.3 points (1985=100), a fell by 7.0 points on the previous month. And the Expectations index was 72.9 points, a significantly fell by 9.3 points on the previous month.  The Conference Board says "For the first time since June 2024, the Expectations Index was below the threshold of 80 that usually signals a recession ahead. "

2月20日に発表されたユーロ圏の2025年2月の消費者信頼感指数の速報値はマイナス13.6となり、前月より0.6ポイント上昇しました。

2月19日に発表された2024年12月の機械受注の民需（船舶・電力を除く）は、季節調整済で前月比1.2％減の8,890億円となりました。

同日発表された2025年1月の貿易収支は8,566億円の赤字で、前月比287.6％増となりました。

同日発表されたユーロ圏の2024年12月の経常収支は、営業日・季節調整済みで380億ユーロの黒字で、前月比130億ユーロ増となりました。

同日発表された米国の2025年1月の住宅着工戸数は、季節調整済で1,366千戸で、前月比9.8％減となりました。

同日発表された2025年1月28日～29日のFOMC議事要旨には、「参加者は、経済が最大雇用に近い水準を維持している限り、フェデラルファンド金利の目標範囲をさらに調整する前に、インフレのさらなる進展を見たいと表明した」と記されています。

The machinery orders from domestic private-sector ( excluding orders from ships and electric power companies) in the Japan in December 2024, which was announced on February 19th 2025, recorded JPY889 billion on a seasonally adjusted basis, a decreased by 1.2 percent on the previous month. 

The trade balance of Japan in January 2025, which was announced on the same day, was JPY856.6 billion deficit, a increased by 287.6 percent on the previous month.

The current account balance of euro area in December 2024, which was announced on the same day, was EUR38 billion surplus on a working day and seasonally adjusted basis, a increased by EUR13 billion on the previous month.

The housing starts in the U.S. in January 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 1366 thousands of units on a seasonally adjusted basis, a decreased by 9.8 percent on the previous month.

The minutes of the Federal Open Market Committee on January 28th-29th 2025, which was announced on the same day, says "Participants indicated that, provided the economy remained near maximum employment, they would want to see further progress on inflation before making additional adjustments to the target range for the federal funds rate. "

ドイツの2025年2月のZEW企業景況感指数_The ZEW indicator of economic sentiment for Germany in February 2025

2月18日に発表されたドイツの2025年2月のZEW企業景況感指数は26.0ポイントで、前月比15.7ポイントの大幅上昇となりました。ZEW総裁のアヒム・ヴァンバッハ博士は「この楽観的な見方の高まりは、行動力のある新しいドイツ政府への期待によるものと思われる」と述べています。それが持続的な傾向なのか一時的な急上昇なのか、推移を見守る必要があると思います。

The ZEW indicator of economic sentiment for Germany in February 2025, which was announced on February 18th 2025, was 26.0 points, a significantly rose by 15.7 points on the previous month.  ZEW President Achim Wambach, PhD says "This rising optimism is probably due to hopes for a new German government capable of action."  I think, we should keep an eye on it whether it was sustained trend or temporary spike.
