10月5日に発表された2025年10月のマネタリーベースの平均残高は616.5兆円で、前年同月比7.8%減少しました。
同日に発表された2025年9月18日及び19日の金融政策決定会合の議事要旨では、今後の金融政策運営について、「ある委員は、米国経済の帰趨が見えることを待つことで得られる知見もあるが、国内の物価との関係では待つことのコストも徐々に大きくなっていくので、待つことのコスト・ベネフィットやそれに伴うリスクの比較考量が必要になっていくと指摘した。これに関連して、複数の委員は、待つことのコスト・ベネフィットを考える際には、わが国の場合、長年にわたるデフレを経験していることも考慮する必要があるとの認識を示した」と述ています。
同日発表されたフランスの2025年9月の鉱工業生産指数は102.6ポイント（2021年＝100）で、前月比0.8%上昇しました。2025年8月の0.9%下落から反転上昇となりました。
同日発表されたユーロ圏の2025年9月の鉱工業の生産者物価指数は123.9ポイント（2021年＝100）で、前月比0.1%下落しました。2カ月連続の低下となりました。
同日発表された米国の2025年10月のADP雇用報告によると、10月の民間雇用は4万2000人増加しました。 ADPのチーフエコノミスト、ネラ・リチャードソン博士は、「民間企業は10月に7月以来初めて雇用を増やしたが、今年初めに報告した数字と比較すると雇用は控えめだった」と述べました。
同日発表された米国の2025年10月のISM非製造業PMIは52.4で、前月比2.4ポイント上昇しました。5ヶ月連続で50以上を記録しました。
同日、ブラジル中央銀行は、ブラジル財務大臣の予想に反して、政策金利（Selic金利）を15.00%に据え置くことを決定しました。

The average amounts outstanding of monetary base in Japan in October 2025, which was announced on 5th October 2025, was JPY616.5 trillion, a decreased by 7.8 percent from the same month a year earlier.
The BOJ minutes of the monetary policy meeting on 18th and 19th September 2025, which was announced on the same day, said , relation to the future conduct of monetary policy, "A different member pointed out that, although additional insight could be gained by waiting to observe how developments in the U.S. economy unfolded, the costs of waiting would gradually increase for prices in Japan. The member continued that it would therefore be necessary to weigh up the costs and benefits of waiting and the associated risks. In relation to this, a few members expressed the recognition that, in considering the costs and benefits of waiting, it was necessary to take into account that Japan had experienced prolonged deflation".
The index of industrial production for France in September 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 102.6 points(2021=100), a rose by 0.8 percent from the previous month. It reversed and rose from 0.9 percent fell in August 2025.
The index of industrial producer price in euro area in September 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 123.9 points (2021=100), a fell by 0.1 percent from the previous month. It fell for two consecutive months.
The ADP National Employment Report for U.S. in October 2025, which was announced on the same day, reported private sector employment increased by 42,000 jobs in October. And, Dr. Nela Richardson, chief economist, ADP said "Private employers added jobs in October for the first time since July, but hiring was modest relative to what we reported earlier this year,"
The ISM services PMI for U.S. in October 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 52.4 percent, a rose by 2.4 percentage points from the previous month. It recorded 50 percent or more for five consecutive months.
On the same day, the Central Bank of Brazil decided to maintain the Selic rate at 15.00 percent, contrary to expectations of the Brazil minister of finance.
