7月29日に発表された米国の2025年5月のS&P/ケース・シラー20都市圏住宅価格指数は、前年同月比2.79%上昇しました。
同日発表された米国の2025年7月のコンファレンス・ボード消費者信頼感指数は97.2ポイントで、前月比2.0ポイント上昇しました。
しかし、コンファレンス・ボードは、「しかしながら、現在の雇用機会に関する評価は7か月連続で弱まり、2021年3月以来の最低水準に達した。特に、消費者の18.9%が7月に仕事を見つけるのが難しいと回答し、1月の14.5%から増加した」と述べました。

The S&P/Case-Shiller 20-city composite home price index for U.S. in May 2025, which was announced on 29th July 2025, rose by 2.79 percent from the same month a year earlier.
The Conference Board consumer confidence index for U.S. in July 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 97.2 points, a rose by 2.0 points from the previous month.
But the Conference Board said "However, their appraisal of current job availability weakened for the seventh consecutive month, reaching its lowest level since March 2021. Notably, 18.9% of consumers indicated that jobs were hard to get in July, up from 14.5% in January.”.
