2025年7月24日、欧州中央銀行は主要3金利を据え置くと発表しました。声明で「理事会による過去の利下げの影響もあり、経済はこれまでのところ、厳しい世界経済環境において総じて底堅い動きを見せている。しかし同時に、特に貿易摩擦の影響で、依然として極めて不確実な状況が続いている」と述べました。
同日発表された米国の2025年7月19日終了週における新規失業保険申請件数の4週間移動平均は22万4500件で、前週の平均22万9500件から5000件減少しました。

European Central Bank announced on 24th July 2025 that they decided to keep the three key ECB interest rates unchanged. They said "Partly reflecting the Governing Council’s past interest rate cuts, the economy has so far proven resilient overall in a challenging global environment. At the same time, the environment remains exceptionally uncertain, especially because of trade disputes.".
The 4-week moving average of unemployment insurance weekly number of applications in the U.S. in the week ending 19th July 2025, which was announced on the same day, was 224,500 claims, a decrease of 5,000 claims from the previous week's average of 229,500.
