1月16日に発表された2024年12月の国内企業物価指数は124.8ポイント（2020年＝100）で、前年同月比3.8％上昇し、伸び率は2024年11月と同水準となりました。しかし、内訳を見ると、農林水産物は前年同月比31.8％上昇し、2024年11月の29.8％上昇から加速しました。付け加えると、電力・都市ガス・水道は12.9％上昇し、2024年11月の9.3％上昇から加速しました。一般的に、消費者心理は生活費のインフレ率に左右されます。今後の推移を見守る必要があると思います。
同日発表されたドイツの2024年12月の消費者物価指数は前年同月比2.6％上昇、前月比0.5％上昇となりました。
同日発表されたユーロ圏の2024年11月の季節調整済の貿易収支は129億ユーロの黒字で、2024年10月より59億ユーロ増加しました。
同日発表された米国の2024年12月の小売・外食の季節調整済の売上高は7290億ドルで、前月比0.4％増加しました。

The producer price index for Japan in December 2024, which was announced on January 16th 2025, was 124.8 points (2020=100), a rose by 3.8 percent on the same month a year earlier and this growth rate was the same level as November 2024. But, looking at the breakdown of it, compared with the previous year same month, the price index for agriculture, forestry and fishery products rose by 31.8 percent and it accelerated from 29.8 percent rose in November 2024. In addition, the price index for electric power, gas and water rose by 12.9 percent and it accelerated from 9.3 percent rose in November 2024. Generally speaking, the consumer sentiment is affected by the inflation rate for a living expenses. I think, we should see watch what a develops.
The consumer price index for Germany in December 2024, which was announced on the same day, rose by 2.6 percent on the same month a year earlier and rose by 0.5 percent on the previous month.
The seasonally adjusted trade balance for euro area in November 2024, which was announced on the same day, was EUR12.9 billion surplus, a increased by EUR5.9 billion from October 2024.
The seasonally adjusted sales value for retail and food services in the U.S. in December 2024, which was announced on the same day, was US$729 billion, a increased by 0.4 percent on the previous month.
