4月1日に発表された日銀短観（2024年3月調査）によると、大企業製造業の業況判断指数は11ポイントとなり、前回調査より2ポイント低下しました。
同日発表された米国の3月のISM製造業PMIは50.3となり、前月比2.5ポイント上昇しました。 最近12カ月平均の47.5を上回りました。

According to the BOJ's Tankan for March 2024 survey, which was announced on April 1st 2024, the diffusion index for current business climate for manufacturing large enterprises was 11 percentage points, a fell by 2 percentage points from the previous survey.
Announced on the same day, the ISM manufacturing PMI for U.S. in March 2024 was 50.3 percent, a rose by 2.5 percentage points from the previous month. It was more than 47.5 percent of recent 12 months average.
