同日発表された2月の経常収支は2兆6440億円の黒字となり、前年同月比4430億円増加しました。
また、同日発表された最新の景気ウォッチャー調査によると、3月の景気の現状判断DIは季節調整値で49.8となり、前月比1.5ポイント低下しました。 14カ月ぶりに50を下回りました。 内訳を見ると、企業活動関連指数（＝50.0％）と雇用関連指数（＝52.5％）は50以上でしたが、家計活動関連指数（＝49.4％）は50を下回りました。

According to the latest monthly labour survey in Japan, which was announced on April 8th 2024, the total cash earnings before deducting income tax in Japan in February 2024 was JPY282265 per person, a rose by 1.8 percent from the same month a year earlier. And according to the latest economy watchers survey for Japan, which was announced on the same day, the current economic conditions in March 2024 was at a seasonally adjusted DI of 49.8 percent, a fell by 1.5 percentage points from the previous month. It was less than 50 percent for the first time in 14 months. Looking at the breakdown of it, the corporate activity-related index (= 50.0 percent) and the employment-related index (= 52.5 percent) were 50 percent or above, but the household activity-related index (= 49.4 percent) was less than 50 percent.
