3 月 16 日に発表されたの 1 月の季節調整済の機械受注の国内の民需 (船舶および電力会社を除く) は、前月比 9.5% 増加しました。 また、外需は前月比25.2％減少しました。
同日発表された米国の2月の新規住宅着工戸数は季節調整済の年率で145万戸、前月比9.8％増加しました。前年同月比では18.4％減少しました。

The seasonally adjusted machinery orders from domestic private-sector of Japan in January 2023 (excluding orders from ships and electric power companies), which was announced on March 16th 2023, increased by 9.5 percent from the previous month. And the orders from overseas decreased by 25.2 percent from the previous month.
Announced on the same day, the units of housing starts in U.S. in February 2023 was 1450000 units at seasonally adjusted annual rate, a increased by 9.8 percent from the previous month. It decreased by 18.4 percent from the same month a year earlier.
