The S&P/Case-Shiller 20-city composite home price index for US in April 2022, which was announced on June 28th 2022, was 312.55 points, a rose by 21.23 percent from the previous year same month.
Announced on the same day, the Conference Board consumer confidence index for US in June 2022 was 98.7 points, a fell by 4.5 points from the previous month.
