The S&P/Case-Shiller U.S. 20-city composite national home price index in July 2021 (not seasonally adjusted), which was announced on September 28th 2021, rose by 19.95 percent from the previous year same month.
Announced on the same day, the Conference Board consumer confidence index for US in September 2021 (1985=100) was 109.3 points, a fell by 5.9 points from the previous month.
