今回、5カ月ぶりに前月を下回りました。

The consumer confidence index of Japan in February 2020 (households of two or more person, seasonally adjusted), which was announced on March 3rd, was 38.4 points, a fell by 0.7 points from the previous month.
It below previous month's value for the first time in fifth months.
