10月30日、公表された日本の9月の商業動態統計速報によれば、9月の小売売上高は前年同月比プラス9.1％となりました。
今回、消費税引き上げ前の駆け込み需要で、伸び率は9.1%と高くなりました。

According of preliminary report on the current survey of commerce for Japan in September, which was announced on October 30th 2019, sales value of retail for September increased by 9.1% from the previous year same month.
This time, the growth rate was as high as 9.1%, because it was the last-minute demand before the consumption tax went up from October 2019.
