同日発表されたドイツの2026年6月のZEW企業景況感指数はプラス10.5ポイントとなり、前月比20.7ポイント上昇しました。しかし、ドイツの現状評価指数はマイナス81ポイントとなり、前月比3.2ポイント低下した。
同日に発表された米国の2026年5月の民間住宅着工件数は、季節調整済の年率換算で117万7000戸となり、前月比15.4％減少しました。

On 16th June 2026, the policy board of the Bank of Japan decided to raise the policy interest rate by 0.25 percent to around 1.0 percent.
The total retail sales of consumer goods in the China in May 2026, released on the same day, decreased by 0.6 percent from the same month a year earlier, reversed and decreased from 0.2 percent increased in April 2026.
The industrial production in the China in May 2026, released on the same day, increased by 4.5 percent from the same month a year earlier, up from 4.1 percent in April 2026.
The ZEW indicator of economic sentiment for Germany in June 2026, released on the same day, was plus 10.5 points, a rose by 20.7 points from the previous month. However, the situation indicator for Germany is at minus 81 points, which is minus 3.2 points below the previous month’s reading.
The privately-owned housing starts in the U.S. in May 2026, released on the same day, were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1,177,000 units, a decreased by 15.4 percent from the previous month.
