2025年3月11日に発表された最新の家計調査によると、2025年1月の世帯当たり消費支出（調査対象：2人以上の世帯）は季節調整済で前月比4.5％減少しました。2024年12月の1.6％増から反転して減少しました。
同日発表された2024年第4四半期の実質GDPの第2次推計は前四半期比で年率2.2％増となり、第1次推計の2.8％から下方修正されました。
同日発表された2025年2月の季節調整済みのマネーストックM2は1262.5兆円で前月比0.2％減少しました。

According to the latest family income and expenditure survey in the Japan, which was announced on March 11th 2025, the seasonally adjusted consumption expenditure per household (survey target : two-or-more-person households) in January 2025 decreased by 4.5 percent on the previous month. And it reversed and fell from 1.6 percent increased in December 2024.
The 2nd estimate of real GDP of Japan in 4th quarter of 2024, which was announced on the same day, increased by an annual rate of 2.2 percent on the previous quarter and it revised down from 1st estimate of 2.8 percent.
The seasonally adjusted money stock M2 in the Japan in February 2025, which was announced on the same day, was JPY1262.5 trillion, a decreased by 0.2 percent on the previous month.
